"The Kenyan birth document released by California attorney Orly Taitz is probably not authentic, according to WND's investigative operatives in Africa, though officials in Nairobi do not rule out the possibility President Obama may indeed have been born in their country.

OK so this document may not have been real, but no one is saying for a fact that he was not born in Africa.

She is trying to get the right to review official records in Kenya to find the truth through the discovery process.

Maybe this fraudulent one was needed to force a true and legitimate look at the Kenya records, OR the copies that might exist in London from that time period.

Concur. The surfacing of the Kenyon BC, fake or not, gave Orly cause to file a very important motion. I assume that the motion will still have to be ruled on.
