A few months ago, I stepped beyond my role as a journalist and media entrepreneur to become an activist, a crusader, some might even say a "birther."
I announced it publicly. I made no bones about it. I explained that I had become so frustrated by the lack of earnest media coverage of the explosive story of Barack Obama's questionable eligibility for office that I was starting a campaign to raise public awareness.
It was no longer enough, I determined, to break story after story raising questions about Obama's questionable constitutional qualifications for office. The stonewalling by the White House was bad enough. But when virtually all of my colleagues in the media joined in the cover-up, I knew we had an uphill fight.
I wrote that the only way we would ever get to the truth would be if the American people rose up and demanded it. No courts of law were going to weigh the evidence objectively and rule justly. Too much was at stake. No one wanted to bring on a constitutional crisis – or worse.

The big story I promised you last week on eligibility issue was NOT the Kenyan birth document. I didn’t even know about that last week. It’s still coming — maybe tomorrow

They’ve certainly been wrong in the past, but I reckon their accuracy far exceeds the AP/NYTimes/CBS/MSNBC etc etc by a country mile.

I don’t know where BO was born, but I do know that there is something about the long form birth certificate that he doesn’t want the public to see.

Either the BC is a real problem -- and, in retrospect, reconsidering various remarks that have been made by Team Obama (and the media is part of the team) dating back to the inauguration, it sure seems like it -- or they're using the fervor over it for political ends. If the latter is the case, just imagine what happens if they produce a bona-fide record. All of a sudden, the conservatives look really, really...irrelevant.
However, I think the odds favor the former case. Certainly, we've learned one very important lesson: that the media is indeed part of Team Obama, and that's intolerable in America.

WND recently received a copy of a transcript from UW, Seattle, showing Stanley Ann Dunham registered for classes starting 19 August 1961, only 15 days after the birth of her son, Obama.
Further UH, Manoa, confirmed that while Dunham attended the fall term 1960 she did not resume studies there in Hawaii until spring term 1963.
They also confirmed that Barack Obama Sr. did attend there in Hawaii for fall term 1959 through spring term 1962.
Those dates suggest that Dunham and Obama Sr. never lived together as man and wife after the birth of Barack Obama Jr..
The Japanese are fascinated by blood types. They claim that blood types suggest a person’s personality type.
I wonder if original birth certs show blood types?
There is no longer form BC in vital records in Honolulu. All that exist are a series of short forms with various names, according to whom he was connected at various stages in his life. For instance: born Barry Dunham, father unnamed; assigned to Barack Hussein ____ Obama as attested to by the father with proclamation of marriage to the biological mother; assigned to Lolo Soetoro, as Barry Soetoro when adopted and moved to Indonesia. The question is, did he ever legally change his name back to Barack Hussein Obama after 1980, after his mother’s legal divorce from Lolo Soetoro ... and for those paying attention, Barry would have entered Occidental College in late 1979 still the legally adopted child of Lolo Soetoro named Barry Soetoro as his mother pleaded in her divorce filing (in 1980) as a legal child of her marriage, over eighteen, in need of monetary help for education.
I am seriously very anxious.
While raising it as an ancillary issue, Plaintiff in this case didn't rely upon questioning Obama‘s birth certificate as the core Constitutional issue. Rather, he alleges that even if Obama was born in Hawaii, he was born to a Kenyan national father and is therefore not eligible to be President due to having dual loyalties at birth and split jurisdiction at the time of his birth.
The cause of action first accrued on September 22, 2008, when Secretary Wells certified to county clerks, for ballot preparation, a written "statement", prepared under her seal of office, that was required by statute to contain names of only those candidates who were "by law entitled" to be listed on ballots in New Jersey. The statement is demanded by N.J.S.A. 19:13-22.
The law suit raises a novel contention that the statutory code undergoes legal fusion with the Secretary's oath of office to uphold the US Constitution thereby creating a minimum standard of review based upon the "natural born citizen" requirement of Article 2, Section 1, and that the Supremacy clause of the Constitution would demand those requirements be resolved prior to the election.
The key fact, not challenged below, surrounds two conversations between the plaintiff-appellant and a key Secretary of State Election Division official wherein the official admitted, twice, that the defendant-Secretary just assumed the candidates were eligible taking no further action to actually verify that they were, in fact, eligible to the office of President. These conversations took place on October 22nd and 23rd.
Plaintiff-Appellant then initiated the litigation process on Monday, October 27th.
