Kenyan document ignites firestorm over authenticity (Let's Discuss Bomford HERE)

A document unveiled by a California attorney in her quest to determine President Obama's place of birth has been condemned as a forgery by critics who deride as nonsense the challenges that have been raised to the president based on the U.S. Constitution's demand that the Oval Office occupant be a "natural born" citizen.

But those on the other side, who would like to see the original documentation of Obama's birth place revealed, say there are factors that indicate the Kenyan birth document could be real.

WND reported when the document was submitted to a California court by California attorney Orly Taitz, who has managed several of the high-profile cases challenging Obama's eligibility to be president.

Then yesterday, Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., raised the dispute to the floor of that august body, protesting in a speech added to the Congressional Record that the dispute was not worth one minute of time.

No, I’m saying that my older certified copies from the 1970s (the earliest certificate I have - my original birth certificate was lost) looked extremely similar to the Bomford one. Unfortunately I can’t find one of those right now.

Australian birth certificates come in what is called the ‘standard form’ which gives the basic layout. They differ somewhat depending on the era in which they were printed as as printing technology has improved, more security features have been added and cheaper and easier ways of producing the certificates has been reached.

There are also slight variations between some states as most states printed their own versions at their own state government printers.

The Bomford certificate is absolutely typical of the type of certificate issued between the 1950s and 1970s to my knowledge - typed onto a printed certificate. I have had those in my possession, but last year because they’d become damaged, I had a new copy produced and certified and if I do have any of the old ones, they are currently in a safe deposit box about four hours drive from here.

It’s not impossible Kenya, for some reason, copied the Australian certificate model which might explain similarities. But the Bomford certificate looks genuine to me as somebody who has seen hundreds of Australian birth certificates over the years (we had to sight them when people joined the Navy, and my school needs to sight one on enrolling a student as well).

"Richard Bamford denies knowing the private companies were propped up by money obtained fraudulently by Feldman from SFG, which claims Feldman was on holidays when another employee discovered the traces of fraud. Feldman allegedly inflated invoices for supplies for shop fit-outs and renovations, or created invoices for non-existent transactions.

ROBERT BEECH-JONES, SC, for SFG, told the court in May that Feldman's companies were "shovelling money [around] but what money has been shovelled where is a mystery".

Seeking to recover its money, SFG obtained court orders for details of assets from 19 defendants including Richard and Patricia Bamford and their companies. Most did not comply with the orders and yesterday SFG was in the Supreme Court foreshadowing a contempt of court action if documents were not forthcoming. Bamford's lawyer told yesterday's hearing that Bamford believed the money coming from Feldman was "consultancy fees". In a separate Federal Court action, Bamford this week had a liquidator appointed to two of the companies he owns jointly with Feldman. All but Revived Rubber, which made a profit of $87,000 last year, are losing money. But Feldman allegedly argued against liquidation, claiming he could not afford the liquidator's fees. "My wife is out selling her jewellery to put food on the table," he allegedly told Bamford.

Last month the Feldmans put their five-bedroom Vaucluse house on the market for $3.65 million. Feldman has surrendered his passport."

It would seem quite odd to me that a REAL 1964 version would look closer to the 2009 template than to the 1959 or 1992 versions.

WND said they had compared actual Kenyan BC’s, they need to produce those now, before they open their mouths on anything else.

What's the rush? No one is asking anyone to declare Obama's Presidency to be invalid just immediately. All that Taitz is asking for is the power to issue subpoena's, so that the truth can be determined. That needs to be done by "due process of law," which often is anything but fast.

Looking at the Bomford document and then the one's naturalman posted above, it's quite glaring the pixel blocking around much of the type in the Bomford doc. I don't see it in the others. Enlarge the various documents 400 to 600 percent and have a look see.
