An attorney for Sarah Palin has delivered a letter threatening legal action against an anti-Palin blogger who was the source of a divorce rumor that the attorney for the former Alaska governor called "categorically false."
Publication of the letter at a Web site that repeated the rumor has uncovered circumstantial evidence that the anti-Palin blogger "Gryphen" is a kindergarten teacher at an Anchorage elementary school....
CNN stringer/anti-Palin blogger Dennis Zaki published ... a copy of a letter from Palin attorney Thomas Van Flein, ordering "Gryphen" to retract the allegations -- calling them "complete fabrications, false and defamatory" -- or face legal action. The Van Flein letter, published by Zaki with the name of the recipient blacked out, ended with this sentence:
"If you do not have an attorney, please let me know if you want to be served with the summons and complaint at the kindergarten where you assist or at your residence." (Emphasis added.)
By publishing the letter, Zaki inadvertantly provided valuable information to an anonymous tipster who compiled online research indicating the identity of "Gryphen," ....
Media in Alaska will not be able to ignore the news that the state's most notorious anti-Palin blogger is a kindergarten teacher at public school. Having spent part of my early career as a newspaper reporter covering the education beat, I can predict that "Gryphen" will soon at the center of a maelstrom of controversy....
"Gryphen" [is] Jesse Griffin, a part-time teaching assistant at Trailside Elementary School in Anchorage. At his Immoral Minority blog, Griffin now confirms the basics (without using his real name), saying he has "every confidence that I will be vindicated."....
Good luck with that vindication, Mr. Griffin. Im sure the taxpayers of Anchorage won't mind you calling Mrs. Palin all those ugly names ....

Sure hope this doesn't get around. A kindergarten teaching, Palin hater can't be a very "nice person".
Thanks! Nice big picture of him. Wonder if he’ll lose his job over this?
How do you like me now?
I’ve never heard of a male kindergarten teacher or helper before. Creepy, yet gay as a Yule log in Santa’s fireplace.
“Ive never heard of a male kindergarten teacher or helper before. Creepy, yet gay as a Yule log in Santas fireplace.”
Wonder what Carol Comeau, the Anchorage School District’s Superintendant, thinks?

Huh. My gaydar is picking up strong signals from that photo.
“He probably dreams of being able to get divorced.”
He probably dreams of being with lovely Sarah.
Speaking of embers....there’s a bar called Embers in Portland that he’d probably love.
Confirms he's a RAT!
BTTT
That’s the first thing I thought when I read the article.... Unauthorized and illegal use of state property. This may have been done while working too.
He’s not even a teacher, but a teacher’s assistant.
A member of the “Pinkshirts” perhaps?????
A Gaystapo thug???????
Just another lover of “tolerance” and “diversity.”
Seriously I think those who hate Sarah Palin the most are indeed very much on the “gay” side.
I’ve read the poison that reeks from Andrew Sullivan’s blog in recent months.

Ted Stevens may be good for laughs, but to others he represents Alaska
Thank God for Sen. Ted Stevens! Here all of this time I was afraid that we had sent thousands of Americans to die for a lie. But Uncle Ted completely eased my fears when he suggested that the WMDs could be buried in a desert and fit in a container the size of a bathtub (”Who is to say Iraq hasn’t buried WMDs? asks Sen. Stevens,” Nov. 18). Well, good, now I can sleep at night.
Stevens can be entertaining at times. Whether he is threatening to quit if he can’t plunder ANWR or throwing a tantrum when his fellow senators want to swear in some oil executives, he is just good TV.
However, I would like to point out that, to the rest of the world, he represents us. Stevens has become a favorite foil on “The Daily Show” and various other talk shows and entertainment programs. He has turned into a joke. That joke is on us, Alaskans.
It is time for Uncle Ted to leave his job. I would like to vote for a candidate who will bring integrity to my home state. Sarah Palin , are you listening?

Yes I DO work in a Kindergarten class during the school year. My main job affords me some time during the day and I have chosen to use it teaching children to read, and helping them to become more independent.
I'm afraid to ask but, What in the hell does that mean?
He looks “happy”
I really want to see a news organization interviewing parents of kindergarten students at that school, asking them what they think of their 4-year-olds spending the day with someone who chose the name "Immoral Minority" for his blog.
You know very well that the educational career of a Republican in a similar situation would be over within days.
Pity the American Spectator cannot employ editors...
