And then one of our moderators spotted this:

It has several clues, but also there's this question:
Who is E. F. Lavender?
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=earth+friendly+lavender&aq=f&oq=&aqi
Earth Friendly Lavender detergent?
you manufacture the physical item first then photgraph it
like an art comp
It may all be a well funded misdirection campaign.
Seems to me that if you can identify one of them as legit, then you are well on your way figuring out who the crooked SOB is that faked the other one.
Right?
Either that or you actually had the physical original in your hands.
Right? See where I’m going with this?
yeah...I think
And if something looks too good to be true — it probably is.
Yup, and I see LIGHTNING! Yes, we have Zots!
You said — Someone took a lot of trouble to create this document. Orly says she received it anonymously. Well now that it has been exposed as a fraud, I don’t think she is under any obligation to keep his name a secret. On top of that, she may be able to sue the creator for the costs of going to England.

Ummmm...., you might try “Lucas Smith”.... :-)
From an earlier post of mine on this item.
Birth certificate seller vanishes into thin air
Dubious eBay character dodges agent, lawyer, verification team
http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=104495
WND also launched an investigation into colmado_naranja, which led through several online aliases and reported collaborators, including Dawnella Wilson, InspectorSmith and, eventually, Lucas Smith, a former resident of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who still claims to have possession of the document.
...
Im going to have to meet with my attorney before we can go any further, Smith told WND in a phone interview. Id rather have a middle man go between WorldNetDaily and myself.
Smith did then authorize a public relations agent to speak on his behalf and hire an attorney, but after several unsuccessful attempts to get Smith to offer any proof of the documents authenticity, the agent has since withdrawn his representation, fearing that the alleged birth certificate sale may have merely been a money-grabbing fraud.
The agent, Sean Boyer, is a Pennsylvania businessman who contacted Smith through eBay. He told WND his goal was simply to help bring the alleged document into the light for possible verification.
WND negotiated with Boyer on how best to coax further information from Smith and worked behind the scenes to prepare processes for authenticating or disproving any document Smith might produce.
The Obama birth certificate that I listed on eBay was not a hoax. I repeat, NOT A HOAX, Smith insisted.
When pressed to produce evidence of his claims, however, Smith told WND in an email, I wont be bullied into posting a video. I wont adhere to any time deadline.
I stated I wa
s going to make a video and then go to WND and Joseph Farah, but I never gave a timeline for that, Smith told WND over the phone. In retrospect, I shouldnt have mentioned that.
Smiths hesitancy to cooperate eventually cost him the support of his agent and lawyer, too.
Smith has broken promise after promise to deliver on his claims, Boyer told WND.
On Sunday, July 19, it had been five days without a response from Smith, after a number of attempts had been made to contact him by email and phone messages, Boyer said. Smith may be stalling for time as he attempts to sell whatever he may have privately through contacts that he told me he was able to develop while advertizing on eBay. Consequently, [Smiths attorney] and I agreed to withdraw our representation of Smith, and he has been notified by email to that effect.

Also, I m not sure if this is the same person, but there was an incident here: http://blog.syracuse.com/news/2008/01/oswego_county_centerpiece_0116.html In late 2002, a man from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, sent an e-mail to the family. The man, who called himself Lucas Smith, said he was 23 years old and had emigrated from Russia five years earlier. He had seen the Web site and, Smith said, he wanted to help. The Wilsons stopped searching for a donor. Smith passed all of the medical, physical and psychological tests. They thought he was going to save their sons life. Then, on May 3, 2003, Smith sent Jim Wilson Sr. an e-mail saying he wanted to be compensated for donating his kidney. Wilson said they would pay his airfare, but because it was illegal to receive money for an organ donation, they wouldnt give him any other cash. Five months after holding out a lifeline, Lucas Smith disappeared.

For 6th time, eBay birth certificate seller erased

You just made my point, except that legally-speaking, he isn’t a “President elect” until Congress has ratified the electoral college results. Before that, he is of no title , just someone who “supposedly” won the election. If you claim to be the “President elect” and Congress decides otherwise when the electoral college results are ratified, then you, in fact, are not, and never was “the President elect”.
Once you become, legally, the President elect, you still must “qualify” before being allowed to ascend to the office of President. That can only mean one thing, meet qualification standards for the office of President which include eligibility requirements.
I hope someone is still going to try to figure out if the david jeffry bc is authentic. Someone could’ve tampered with that one too.
All by design, to make conservatives/republicans etc. look “racist”, “bigoted”, etc.
Time to follow the trail backwards and see where it leads...my money is on the WH and the Puppetmaster Soros!!
http://www.constitutionnet.org/files/KEL63-002.pdf
http://www.constitutionnet.org/en/vl/constitution-republic-kenya-1963-amended-2008
Specifically how have a I posted inaccurate information?
I'll be as succinct as possible. The second document that you listed is the 2008 version of the constitution. The presence of "1963" means that the constitution dates back originally to 1963, not that it's a 1963 version. The page you listed and the document itself clearly state "as Amended to 2008".
To answer your question "when did the second document, without its amendments, get written?" you'd have to compare every version of the constitution. Apparently, there was a major reorganization at some point. Do I think it happened in 1963? No. Two reasons: (1) because it's highly unlikely that two constitutions would be published in 20 days (12-12-63(independence) to 12-31-63(last day of year)); and (2) the statement "Kenya is a sovereign Republic" (p.8 of your second listed document) would have been invalid prior to 12-12-64, and no amendment to that statement is given in the text.
Finally, the argument is moot regarding the validity of the BC. Even if Kenya was not a Republic when the BC was allegedly produced, some bureaucrat might have prematurely put it on his forms.
You are confusing “citizen” with “natural born citizen”. Offspring of illegals born in the US are (unfortunately) citizens, but not natural born citizens.
Your opinion does not make a person the “President elect”. Congressional ratification of the electoral college results does that. Your opinion doesn’t get rid of the term “or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify.” There is only a President elect AFTER ratification, not before. Avoid these points all you want. I’ll take my argument in court.
I haven’t followed this fake birth cert. thread in any depth. Why is this a nail in the coffin?
Your response misrepresents my comments, insofar as I indicated Wong Kim Ark, 1898 did not contribute to a definition of the term, “natural born citizen”, as used in the Constitution.
Barack Hussein has already publicly acknowledged he was born with a natural born allegiance to the sovereign of the United Kingdom of Great Britain. Suggestions that Wong Kim Ark, 1898 has or ever can effect a change to the meaning of “natural born citizen” is a false argument and a red herring. The intent of John Jay, George Washington, and Congress was crystal clear. No person born with an allegiance to a foreign sovereign can lawfully serve as Commander-in-Chief of the United States.
was just about to post this too...
Maybe she’s learning that she should fact-check a little more closely?
