The "why" no matter what he does or does not do now, can never be really answer now (unless what he release is bad for him) ...

There could be nothing conceivably embarrassing about:
His time of birth
His birthday
His city of birth
His county of birth
His island of birth
His religion (religion is not even listed)
His mother's race
His mother's maiden name
The date it was filed
A few things could be a slightly embarrassing:
The serial number? Maybe? Suppose it's really 151-1961-010666 instead of the asserted 151-1961-010641
His father's name wasn't listed. Not terribly unlikely if he and Stanley Ann split up before he was born. A politician who’s a bastard? No one cares.
Suppose Stanley Ann used her Anna Toot alias and named him Mortimer Snerdly Toot? Embarrassing? Sure. But he changed it as soon as he could (Why the Hussein middle name, though?)
Unless the real BC shows birth outside the USofA the only truly embarrassing thing left is if his sex is listed as female.
That would explain his pitching style. (Although Larry Sinclair says he’s more a catcher)...

IF he was born in Hawaii, AND his father is Frank Marshal Davis, then he would be an NBC by even the most stringent definition - born on American soil of American parents

I don't understand your statement above about Frank Marshal Davis being Obama's father.
1. What about all those eligibility forms that Obama signed in each state as Barack Obama?
2. What about the fact that Obama took the oath as President as Barack Obama?
3. My point is this: If Obama is really a Davis and not an Obama, doesn't that fact invalidate the eligibility forms he signed as Obama and also invalidate the presidential oath Obama took as Obama?
4. In other words if the person known as Barack Obama never legally existed, how can he receive votes for President of the United States and occupy the White House?
5. And if Obama signed his eligibility forms as Obama but Obama knew that he was really a Davis, isn't Obama/Davis guilty of terrible crimes against the United States?
It would be a tad embarrasing to know he is ineligible to run for El-Presidente. Other than that, discretions frowned upon would probably be forgiven by the people.
In that statement I'm only addressing the narrow issue of Constitutional eligibility.

I am coming to the conclusion that he is not legal. I left this matter alone until this week. He refuses to quell a simple matter. The media knows the waves of America and he is the New Wave.
If true, it means that Obama LIED in the “autobiographies” that made Obama famous in the first place.
If true, it means Obama, instead of being “transparent” -— made a PROFIT, a HUGE profit, off of a bogus, made up “past” -— most “authors” are disgraced by that conduct, what should that do to an “author” President?
This thing has POLITICAL legs, even if it does not get any LEGAL legs!

Back in October 2008, after the dreaded Constitutionalists began closing in on Obama’s fraudulent Certification of Live Birth (COLB), out popped the Head of Hawaii’s Dept of Health, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, a middle aged, balding, sturdy woman, to provide the first of two statements she would make in an attempt to tamp down the controversy.
“There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record”
“Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i,....policies and procedures.”
But the controversy was NOT that Obama did not have an original birth certificate. The controversy was that he had not RELEASED it.
The Constitutionalists and AfterBirthers both understood that the COLB scan Obama allegedly sent to leftwing organs FactCheck and DailyKos was at best a modern, computer generated summation document with limited info culled from a State database. Constitutionalists claimed it to a fraud, while AfterBirthers claimed it reflected reality...
