Reporting from Washington -- It is the Internet rumor that has been discredited but will not die: President Obama is not a naturally born U.S. citizen and therefore constitutionally is not qualified to serve.
This week, months after the allegations first cropped up on the Web and talk radio, the White House and Hawaii officials addressed the rumor -- with the state's health director saying that she had reviewed the records in question and found that they verified Obama was born in Hawaii.
At the same time, White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said, there probably was nothing that would quiet the disbelievers.
"If I had some DNA, it wouldn't assuage those that don't believe he was born here," Gibbs told reporters Monday. "But I have news for them and for all of us: The president was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, the 50th state of the greatest country on the face of the Earth. He's a citizen."
State officials had verified Obama's birth records when the question was raised before November's presidential election. Then Hawaiis health director said in a statement this week: "I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008, over eight months ago."

If by "drop a baby", you mean give birth to a baby, unfortunately you are correct. The writers of the Fourteenth Amendment never thought of such a situation back in the 1860s, or they would have written it differently. Until the Constitution is amended again to correct that oversight (which should be done ASAP) this repulsive situation will continue.
But the Fourteenth Amendment certainly can't make O a citizen at birth if he was born abroad. You may think that it's not fair, when compared to the status of "anchor babies," but that's the applicable law - at present.
Early on in my career I accepted a diploma...until I realized that even I could gen up a pretty good sheepskin on my HP All-in-One.
That's when I started to say, "Hey, the diploma (Short Form Birth Certificate, In Obizmal's place) is nice but show the the transcripts (Long Form Birth Certificate).
What has been shown on the 'net is the fake diploma...we want the transcripts!!!!!
BUMP!!!
So the "birthers" are left with the argument that while Obama may be a citizen, he is not a "natural born citizen" because his father was not a citizen. The proper definition of "natural born" may be a matter that will be resolved by the courts, but the weird thing is that nationality of Obama's father is something that Obama never tried to hide and everyone knew about during the long presidential campaign.
Yeah, the last Republican other than Reagan that didn’t have a problem calling a red a red.
>>>>>>>>OR, how about being pulled over by the cops. Can we whip out our IPhones when he asks, “License and Registration, please?”
Made me laugh but I don’t think I’ll be the first one to try that.
Except that if Obama was born here then only he can give up his citizenship. And only as an adult.
When and Where was the last time and place that used an Indonesian Passport?
Regular passport - issued by Directorate General of Immigration, Department Of Justice and Human Rights. It can be obtained at any immigration offices in Indonesia and Indonesian consulate. This passport is only for Indonesian citizens for the purpose of business, leisure, study, work, and etc. The passport contains 24 or 48 pages and is valid for 5 years.
"The Government of the Republic of Indonesia requests to all whom it may concerned to allow the bearer to pass freely without let or hindrance and afford him/her such assistance and protection.
This passport is valid for all parts of the world."

Does it [being a natural born citizen] simply mean you were born a citizen?
Yes. See US v. Kim Wong Ark.
Does dual citizenship affect it?
No. US citizenship status is a matter of US law, not foreign law. If another country declares you to be their citizen, it in no way impacts your status as a US citizen.
Does renouncing your citizenship affect it?
Yes, but irrelevant, since Obama never renounced his citizenship. If he had, there would be a public record.
Does living your whole life overseas affect it?
If you mean it literally, then yes, since you have to have lived in the US for at least 15 years to be president. Unfortunately, Bambi meets this requirement, as he continuously lived in the US from a young age. It was 10 years old, I believe, but I don't remember the exact age. At any rate, it's not important, since it's undisputed that he's lived here for a lot longer than 15 years.
What if you were a anchor baby of two illegals?
That's the one question that's not definitively settled.
Can you lose it? and if so how?
Yes. US law clearly outlines how it is possible to lose one's citizenship. Google it.
And what about things like embryo or sperm donation?Does citizenship transfer with the eggs or sperm,
No. Egg and sperm donors don't have legal parental rights.
or is the birth mothers citizenship status the only factor?
It's only a factor if the child is not born in the USA.
Unfortunately, your assertion is not true, and screaming in all-caps won't make it so.
