Many Predict US Financial Collapse in September
Various Sources ^ | 07/27/09 | Several Sources

US State Dept has advised embassies worldwide to stock up on a year's worth of the local currency in anticipation of collapse of the US dollar. Look for a temporary banking shutdown timed for around September 2009. As under Roosevelt, some banks won't reopen. 96% of bank reserves are currently held with the Federal Reserve who tells the banks not to loan the money, but rather to save it for further banking acquisition and consolidation. Chapman foresees a bank holiday lasting 4-5 days. Chapman thinks this first bank holiday presages a much more significant bank holiday months to years later which will involve simultaneous devaluations of multiple currencies as well as other significant changes in the banking system.

These are strike forces for designated not spot areas/locations, not nationwide at one time. As few as a 200 men can control a small city when curfews can be imposed. 1000 could control a city like San Fransisco without a sweat.

Really? As evidenced by how well that worked in Iraq?

Fars:

With all due respect I do not believe that 1,000 troops could control a city the size of SF if there was an organized resistance. It took 30,000 of the best troops on Earth to gain a foothold of control in Baghdad. I can tell you from talking with hundreds of returning Iraq veterans that 5-7 insurgents can tie up a weapons company of Marines for hours. It also cannot be underestimated that the insurgents would be fighting on home turf. Remember that in Iraq there were only about 15% of the population involved in the struggle. About 60% of the population could of cared less or helped the home boys to some degree. 80,000 troops have no hope of controlling this country if widespread violence breaks out in say 10 large urban areas. If this prediction is correct the survivors will be the ones who were prepared - not the ones who wait for the Goobermint to show up with food and water Katrina style.

No worries man, I am just like a broken record about that. People are so totally fooled about what the (Private) Federal Reserve (for profit corporation) is that I am constantly reminding everyone. The fact that the President gets to appoint the chair and the NY President hardly means the government has any control over them.

Most state and local governments need only reduce their spending by 20% in order to become financially stable. This would only be apocalyptic to the Fabian socialists in government.

That said, I agree the uber-state is ginning up a public revolt so that they can confiscate public arm and institute total government control once and for all.

Various sources again, eh?

The US economy will still be the strongest in the world even with the current President.

The rest of the world is pretty sad.

No, not in Iraq but in pre-revolution Iran, where martial law was in place toward the end and directed by the J2 (military intel and counter-intel) and I was a consultant for J2 and there about four days a week. So have a hands on experience of how to work it and what in the way of forces are needed.

You are starting at a point where the country is in full revolt/rebellion (as was Iraq in reality) rather than at a point where some, key word SOME, of the population shows dissent and civil disobedience.

At this point not even ARMED disobedience! In come some of the 80,000 to hot spots.

99% of people, law abiding by nature and not yet mad enough would intially honor the curfews at night. Maybe even some 48 hour ones.

Your “lets have some fun guys” at this point would be a handful here and there.

Backing Obama would be tens of thousands of ACORN and Obama-brown shirts. mostly locals who would harrass and terrify the civilians in their locality. Just as gangs do now. But in a marauding fashion.

Most people at this point would still prefer to stay home during curfews rather than confront the ACORN thugs and Obama private militias that are being formed. As opposed to confronting the military under whose cover of authority these groups would operate. Some 250,000 of these have been approved by Congress with the rest of one million in the works.

Next scenario would be some shoot outs. Some civilians and some soldiers would be killed. The private militias would be quickly authorized (by Obama and his Czars) to assist with martial law operations.

They would flesh out the military “skeleton” numbers and structure and put fear of any resistance into the average family.

Arrests of potential “have fun guys” would quickly follow on a neighborhood by neighborhood basis. Many will have been identified and GPS’d by then so their sting capability will initially be reduced.

The average American city family will still not rise up in armed resistance.

Clashes between private militias and citizens will increase and ACORN type people will be killed as will as some citizens and perhaps a soldier or two.

The ACORNists will become increasingly brutal and at this point the “armed resistance” by armed family members will appear. Bloodshed will escalate.

Soldiers will begin to refuse to arrest and shoot at curfew breakers. ONE MILLION ACORNists will become a private army doing it instead. By then as fully funded and equipped as well armed as our current military. Using armored cars if not tanks.

It is here that the military Divisions like the Airborne etc., will “join” the “have fun guys” and a mini-Civil War would begin.

Secession under the 10th Amendment would quickly follow.

Beyond that even speculation becomes fuzzy and out of focus.

Back to the original subject, you do not need to have fixed check points at every intesection, so you set up roaming mobile ones, who at random times set up random positions. Plus some stationary ones at a few key locations. These are not personnel intensive operations.

And remember that the “fun guys” would not be too willing to shoot at the soldiers either. The main confrontations would quickly turn into ACORNists against the “have fun” guys and the martial law military joining and trying to control the by now renegade ACORNists.

I think BOR has discovered how comfy it is to be on the liberal's good side as well as become more liberal himself.

Being liberal means never having to say you're sorry, appearing to always be on the side of the victim and "oppressed", to always be given the moral high ground because the public will give you the benefit of the doubt, and to not have to defend timeless principles time after time through untiring analysis and courage.

Like I said it's got to be comfortable, if cowardly, to be a liberal.
