US State Dept has advised embassies worldwide to stock up on a year's worth of the local currency in anticipation of collapse of the US dollar. Look for a temporary banking shutdown timed for around September 2009. As under Roosevelt, some banks won't reopen. 96% of bank reserves are currently held with the Federal Reserve who tells the banks not to loan the money, but rather to save it for further banking acquisition and consolidation. Chapman foresees a bank holiday lasting 4-5 days. Chapman thinks this first bank holiday presages a much more significant bank holiday months to years later which will involve simultaneous devaluations of multiple currencies as well as other significant changes in the banking system.

If you read the analysis of the frist 300 pages thewhole thing has little to do with healthcare but rather with a total insertion of Slocilist claws into every aspect of our private lives by the Asmnistration and a way to enslave us and punish us if we resist.
Can you survive several years of no money to spend? And perhaps little to buy in the way of food?
Most people cannot so the time frame you mention may not be viable for most of us if things crash.
In my opinion we have already crashed but like someone in a car crash going into shock and not feeling pain right away, we have not felt the result yet of the blow we have been dealt and still think along conventional not catastrophic lines. We have crashed and are about to burn.
We are already coughing from the smoke but the flames have yet to reach us and hurt.

300 Million citizens, they need a lot more than 80,000. They better step it up a notch and they also need to realize they may train them but they won’t follow orders and will go straight to DC and clean it out.
These are strike forces for designated not spot areas/locations, not nationwide at one time. As few as a 200 men can control a small city when curfews can be imposed.
1000 could control a city like San Fransisco without a sweat.
