Don't folks usually take pictures of newborns with mom and dad? Hospital photos etc? Where are they? And when is someone going to find out if UHBAMA took money, scholarship money, by registering as a foreign student. This is pretty easily determined.

No one heard Rush “talk about” this. We all heard Rush play audio of a woman asking a question at a town hall meeting and then refer to ‘things coming to a head out there’.
If you have listened to Rush like I have since 1990, you know that when he “talks about” something he covers the issue in detail, hour after hour. He has spoken more about his weight loss in the last few weeks then he has about this “Constitutional Crisis”.
This “Fukino” and her department don’t seem to me at all to be very reliable. Obama also is requiring that his birth documents be restricted from getting out.
Can you please post the law to me that states Obama is a natural born citizen if born in Hawaii to a US citizen and a UK citizen if he was born out of wedlock. Also, the law that would state he is said citizen if born of a marriage.
This person has now gone on the hook and made a declaration based on a LAW. Where is the law?
She will soon find she stepped out of the frying pan into the fire for that statement she just made..which was obviously approved by Obama.
Are we to assume that Obama Sr IS NOT THE FATHER based on her statement about his citizenship?

Then they need to read the law and readjust their cases because if he was born in Kenya OUT OF WEDLOCK - he is a citizen.
On thread yesterday a poster reported that the UK did not make Kenyan's british citizens. So the father wouild be a citizen of Kenya.

This is an excerpt if it's accurate. She said more following this as evidenced by the "....".
Still an odd statement. "Original vital records"??? If she's saying he was born in Hawaii and verifying this, why not also say what hospital he was born in? Why not give all the details? Also unless this was specifically directed by Obama then Fukino is breaking Hawaii law by divulging this information.
I will accept it when Obama give permission to the authorities in Hawaii to provide an official copy of every thing they have on him to anyone who presents 12 dollars (or whatever the fee is).
See, I think this is about something else. You know what’s really percolating out there? I’ve been laying low on this because it hasn’t met the threshold to pass the smell test on this program.
This birth certificate business, this lawsuit that a guy named Philip Berg filed in Philadelphia in August for Obama to produce his genuine birth certificate and he still hasn’t replied. You’ve got a deathly ill grandmother, you are going to rush to her side a few days from now, when you first announced this, you’re going to rush, you’re going to hurry, you’re going to make tracks, you’re going to get over there because you don’t want your grandmother to die before you got there like your mother did, but somehow you keep campaigning, you take three days to get over there, if he’s left yet, and this birth certificate business, I’m just wondering if something’s up. I have no clue, and folks, I’m telling you, this has not reached the threshold until now, and it’s popping up all over the place. There are a lot of people now that are starting to speculate and be curious about this.
I don’t know, let’s say for example that somebody does come up with proof that something’s screwy with his birth certificate and something’s screwy about the fact that he’s allegedly a natural citizen, American citizen, but may not be, dual citizenship, born in Kenya, who knows, there’s all kinds of stuff out – so what? You may have something- why has Obama not come out on the issue of Bigfoot. Obviously his silence is evidence that Bigfoot is real. I bet Obama is training an army of Muslim Bigfoots (Bigfeet?)to attack our country!!!!

No, but the constitution has been interpreted for many decades that anybody born on American soil is an American citizen, even if their parents are from Mars.

Note the change from original birth certificate to original vital records. Is this a change we can believe in??? She says she made this pronouncement after seeing the vital records not the birth certificate. Are they two separate things???

Yes from what I’ve read under the law Fukino can’t view it...she can only say there is a record “on file”. So now she’s authorized to read it and disclose info? What?

Only if you are scared of the truth could it be a trap. I am demanding the truth, regardless of what it is. No games, no traps, no gotchyas, no BS. Just proof, one way or another.
