Can you please post the law to me that states Obama is a natural born citizen if born in Hawaii to a US citizen and a UK citizen if he was born out of wedlock. Also, the law that would state he is said citizen if born of a marriage.

No, but the constitution has been interpreted for many decades that anybody born on American soil is an American citizen, even if their parents are from Mars.

Natural born citizen is described in the 14th Amendment. Since Obama’s father is of a foreign sovereignty (Kenya), Obama would NOT be a natural born citizen and ineligible to serve as President.

There's no interpretation that these people are natural born citizens. And since that's the criteria that must be met in order to be eligible for POTUS, that's the only criteria that matters. Citizenship itself is irrelevant as far as this matter is concerned.
