Here is video of Ann Coulter on with Geraldo Rivera last night saying that President Obama's Birth Certificate is "not an issue," and that it is just being pushed by a "few cranks" out there. Coulter blamed the Mainstream Media's lack of in-depth reporting on Obama for the rise of those who believe there has been a conspiracy to keep the truth from the American people on the issue of Obama's birth.
Geraldo criticized Lou Dobbs as being a "dope" for talking about the issue, and for his opposition to illegal immigration. Coulter disagreed with Geraldo about Lou Dobbs, but said he is wrong on the birth certificate issue. Mike Huckabee chimed in that Hillary Clinton would have used the issue against Obama in the primaries if there had been anything to the story. . . . . . (Watch Video)

So why is Obama spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to block having discovery on this issue. If we have already seen the official birth certificate ten why spend so much money and effort to block discovery in court?

What “didn’t happen” is hussein or any other family member living at that address so listed in the birth announcement. Now isn’t that just odd? Why yes...it is. Along with every single other thing about this usurper.

The question is how did it get there.
Did the family place it? Or did the bureau of vital statistics (of the Hawaiian equivalent thereof) place it upon registering the birth and issuing the Certificate of Live Birth?
Remember, please, that in Hawaii, a child’s birth can be registered and a COLB issued even if the child is born elsewhere.
So the newspaper announcement means only that the child was born. We had already pretty much assumed that to be true.

The “oddest” thing about the constant fight in the courts is that he could just stand up and turn over that “factcheck.org” certificate of birth that he claims as a true copy from fightthesmears. Just turn it in to the judge and say “HERE IT IS! I put it on the internet a long time ago”.

You’re an optimist. Long before it got to a vote (check Webster’s under “galactic longshot”), he’d have had his stooges on the Hill write in a grandfather clause exempting him.
At least three sharp, successful business/professional women of my acquaintance have stated, independently at various times over the last eight months, that they'd gladly give up the franchise if it meant that all the rest of the country's women were compelled to do likewise.

Read for perspective. It is possible that BHO was born in Hawaii but that his mother had not been in Hawaii long enough to qualify him as a naturalized citizen PER THE LAW AT THAT TIME. This could very well be the evidence that BHO is working so hard, and spending so much money, to hide.
Will we ever know for sure? Hard to say. But other posters on the thread have it right — we MUST CLEAN OUT THE CONGRESS as a first step, then go after Obama in 2012.

No, there are privacy laws which forbid that.
The best the state of Hawaii can do is what they already did - vouch that he has records on file, they *cannot by law* say what is in them (those laws protect us from identity theft):

He is not blocking access, the laws are. above press release made clear that Obama’s records are being treated no differently than other records wrt access by others.

What you can say is that Obama might be sharing all documents he has in his own possession.
It says “Certification of Live Birth” and is valid certification of birth sufficient for purposes of obtaining a passport, drivers license, etc.

I would like to see them too, but just because obama hasnt supplied them it doesnt mean he was born in Kenya or whatever the theory-du-jour is.
A lot of Birthers are confusing absense of evidence with evidence of absense.
I really wish the people who do not like Huckabee go after his policies instead of just name calling. At least people who would not like Romney to be POTUS explain why.
