Here is video of Ann Coulter on with Geraldo Rivera last night saying that President Obama's Birth Certificate is "not an issue," and that it is just being pushed by a "few cranks" out there. Coulter blamed the Mainstream Media's lack of in-depth reporting on Obama for the rise of those who believe there has been a conspiracy to keep the truth from the American people on the issue of Obama's birth.
Geraldo criticized Lou Dobbs as being a "dope" for talking about the issue, and for his opposition to illegal immigration. Coulter disagreed with Geraldo about Lou Dobbs, but said he is wrong on the birth certificate issue. Mike Huckabee chimed in that Hillary Clinton would have used the issue against Obama in the primaries if there had been anything to the story. . . . . . (Watch Video)

He isnt a natural born citizen by his own admission. It appears the country does not care. Obviously Obama and his goons care about it. If it was nothing, they wouldn’t do all they do, including scrubbing the web (check out FightTheSmears recently?) I still like Ann.
I’d say the Birther issue is an economic stimulus plan for Alan Keyes and World Net Daily.

One has to believe that while retreiving a 1961 birth certificate for Haku Ōpūnui or Barry O'Brien, no employee would take a peek inside Obama's file either out of their own curiosity or because they were doing so at the behest of a political campaign.
I believe that this is the first time I have disagreed with Ann. For a legal scholar, it is especially disheartening that she doesn’t support the presidential requirement of the Constitution. I believe a lot of her followers will attack her on this issue.
The woman at the Delaware Townhall meeting WAS NOT a kook! She owned that room; and she did more to bring this topic mainstream than any ‘duly sworn to uphold the Constitution’ elected (whimpering) politician.
Look, Ann is entitled to her own opinion...and her written opinions bring her millions...but that doesn’t mean her opinion weighs any more than mine or yours.
Many of ‘us’ (oooooooowwwww, I’m a ‘birther’) can’t quite fathom how the simplest of document requests, the Official copy of the Birth Certificate CAN BE OVERLOOKED for the Office of the President...but not for Little Baseball, or the DMV. Why is HIS BC under lock and key (having spent alot on multiple legal eagles) to fight releasing same? Why? And why doesn’t that bother you...or Ms. Coulter? Why does her opinion of ‘not an issue...’ make it, well not an issue? The only validiation (or invalidation) is the release or non-release...and only Obama controls that (like he is trying to take over control of everything else).
Lastly, I am questioning Ann’s judgement on alot of things these days...starting with Romney as a conservative?

Your comments are right on the mark. Drudge reports that McCain’s lawyers investigated the BC issue also, but found nothing conclusive. Furthermore, I do not remember any real controversy until the BC was posted online in June(?) 2008, well after Hillary’s candidacy was toast.
I am of the opinion that Obama is merely a puppet, an attractive candidate groomed and financed by unknown wealthy individuals (George Soros and ?) who were originally looking to find an electable alternative to Hillary, and who locked on to Obama following his speech at the Democratic Convention in 2004. As part of their initial effort, I believe that in 2005, they spent money and time erasing or altering, and sealing Obama’s school records and anything that might compromise their selected candidate, including the birth certificate, selective service registration and passport records. They must have paid off individuals in the know or with prior access to his records who might talk.
At this point, the prominent conservative media figures (Limbaugh, Coulter, Levin, Hannity, etc.) are steering clear of the controversy, having many other fish to fry. Limbaugh has made guarded comments in the past, being the least vulnerable, and Curtis Sliwa’s call screener is constantly mentioning the BC, but that is it. With morons like Jon Leibowitz (AKA Stewart) ridiculing the BC issue to their brain-dead viewers, the talk show hosts just don’t want to create anything that would slow the accelerating awareness of Obama’s radical proposals - he will self-destruct eventually, with or without the BC.

But this obama birth thing is crazy. There may be merit in checking out the Indonesian school thing and a renunciation of citizenship, but I’m convinced he was born in Hawaii and if no such renunciation happened, he is a natural born citizen.
She’s not on the Peggy train. I believe as strongly as anyone that zero’s not eligible to hold the office of the POTUS. I believe he is hiding something, and that something is not just “embarrasing”,it is something that would totaly disqualify him. However, having said that, He is NOT going to produce what we want to see.Even if he did and it DID disqualify him, He won’t step down.He is a power hungry, greedy, dictator wannabe, and only an open, armed revolt by the people and the military will remove him at this point. It’s taken me awhile to realize this myself, but I’m afraid we are going to put ourselves in the position where he will just say “so what”.And then what are we going to to do?

Mike Castle about President Barack Obama's birth certificate, her rant was caught on video and has since become a TV and Internet sensation...The star of the show -- known as "Crazy Eileen" to callers of a Sussex County talk radio station -- has gone into seclusion, declining interviews and avoiding publicity, even as previous statements by her have emerged referring to Obama as "the antichrist" and speaking of aliens and angels...
According to another WGMD host, Jared Morris, she has been banned from calling the station -- known for its conservative leanings and hosts -- on several occasions...
She repeatedly has called Obama "the antichrist" on the airwaves, and "her phone calls have turned to faxes and threats," according to Morris.
"I have actually talked to an angel who came down in human form," she said during the Jan. 1 show. "We will have alien contact in October of this year, in the southwestern USA."

LOL! Yes. I’m sure there are lots of places that would take their proof of someone’s birth from a newspaper announcement! Try that the next time you go to the DMV...or the SS office...or your child’s little league sign up. There is a REASON that they are NOT credible, AT ALL...or proof of ANYTHING. I’ll let you guess why that is.

In reference to the Swift Boaters, many of the Left still say the supporters are insane.
Regarding the Edwards situation, the Left will no longer discuss it (ignore it and it didn't happen).
I am thinking Ann’s ‘people’ are telling to reign in a little; not be so outrageous and over the top.
This isn’t some great mystery...(or is it?) just release the Official Birth Certificate. Period. Why keep hiding it? No one ever answers that question.
And...I have a laminated copy of our local newspapers’ birth announcement of all of my kids. Next time the school district or a sports league asks for their BC, I’ll just bring that newspaper copy instead. Infact, when the next to youngest applies for his Lerner’s Permit, I think that I’ll try that with PennDOT...see how far we get. I’ll have ‘real, official seal copy’ with me...but I will use the opportunity, as Mr. Limbaugh would say, as a ‘teachable moment’.
The newspaper announcements are simply backup evidence (and pretty strong evidence, at that) for those who stubbornly refuse to believe the state’s certification of his birth.
