Phones and servers were in meltdown during cap and tax too. My congressrat said he’d vote with how the calls came in. He ended up voting for cap and trade.

These “blue dogs” dont really exist. Its not like the early 1980’s when you had reall conservative democrats in the House. These guys are committed leftists that have faked out thier districts to get elected. They will fall in line with what the party leaders want if bribed correctly.
I really don’t think they have the votes, but Obama ordered it “done” so he knows where he stands AND whose legs he has to break. He is true to Chicago politics!! No vote!! No money!!
