'ObamaCare back on track for July passage in House'
Fox News Channel | 7/22/09

Posted on 07/22/2009 6:15:58 AM PDT by pabianice

Just on Fox Channel. Quote from unnamed source(s). No other details. Apparently, the Blue Dog "threat" has evaporated in the face of Pelosi threats and bribes. Obama called the head of the CBO to his office to make him an offer he couldn't refuse. Dems are determined to get this passed despite opposition from the public.

begging their government not to sentence them to death.

Also, with this plans IRS ‘real time’ access to everyone’s purse, they most likely will form a death tax/inheritance tax and instantly draw from the dead people that they cause to die in order to pay for the health care the dead never received.

While I like DeMint and admire him, I think his laying down the gauntlet, so to speak, has simply drove the little, megalomaniac and egotistical FASCIST, B. Hussein, up a wall.

After all, his Majesty is not used to being challenged like this and realizes that DeMint is right; if this goes down in flame, so does DEAR LEADER's image and status, so YOU KNOW, it is going to pass cuz that ruthless SOB and his Chicago-trained thugs will pull out all the stops and the sheeple be damned!

Y’all need to hold your pants on...look at the Fox news web site. They only agreed in priciple on a certain Medicare issue.

Game is still on.

And that's only one out of 10 issues. It's a long way from being resolved.

Here's some more background on what may have prompted Senator DeMint to lay down the gauntlet:

"Let's just lay everything on the table," Grassley said. "A Democrat congressman last week told me after a conversation with the president that the president had trouble in the House of Representatives, and it wasn't going to pass if there weren't some changes made ... and the president says, 'You're going to destroy my presidency.' "

“What do you get for pretending the danger’s not real.
Meek and obedient you follow the leader
Down well trodden corridors into the valley of steel.
What a surprise!
A look of terminal shock in your eyes.
Now things are really what they seem.
No, this is no bad dream.”

- P. Floyd

What a bunch of sheep!

I cannot relax on this until it is dead. And if they could they would ram it through no matter what.

It may be O’s waterloo if it passes, but it would be mine too.

It makes me cry to think that there are many among my fellow Americans who would have me dead to keep their costs down. Hubby and I have worked for over forty years, paid taxes, pay for our medicare {yes there is a sliding scale which nobody knows about till they get there} and our medigap.

Yes. The more you have paid while working, the more you get forced to pay for Medicare Parts B and D. It sucks.

I have heard a number of people predict civil war if American citizens continue to be ignored to this extent. We have not had a coup here. We had an election where many people stayed home. I wonder what those folks are thinking now.

I agree. The only way he will get reelected is through voter fraud because the American People will be fed up by 2012.

Hopefully, some state will pass a show us your birth certificate law and he will not be able to run.

Just off the phone with Congressman Jim Cooper. He is definitely NOT in the NO column.

Why on earth would they be afraid to stand up to Pelosi and Obama. There is nothing they can do to them.

Bless her heart! Tell her not to lose heart..I do not believe the American people will tolerate this level of irrationality and insanity. People will be driven off the fence out of fear for their freedom.

“We have not had a coup here.”

In a sense I think we have had one—

If there was a civil war, (DISCLAIMER HERE: NOT ADVOCATING ONE)in my opinion it would be a correction and rebalance of the Republic.

I sent him a letter, email and called. I am so fed up that nobody is listening. Bart Gordon is receiving tons of calls also!
