The "No" answer is still incorrect. The plan fails not because it's too expensive, but because it's unconstitutional. Congress has no Constitutional authority to do this, no matter the price. If they could do it for free, it would still be illegal.

I’m all for speaking out in polls, but we would be far better off to make a phone call or write a letter to our congressmen or senator.
