If we could get millions of Americans to march on Washington, what would we do?

or learn how to establish lemonade or shoeshine stands.

They’ll need business permits for that and USDA inspection of the lemons used and food prep permits and FDA inspection of the lemonade processing. They’ll need a tax permit and an account set up for sales tax collection and remittance and zone permits from the city and the county.

Shoe polish must pass enviromental laws of the city and county.

Currently there is a shortage of workers since most have been terminated so there is a waiting list for all the above processes.

Applications and permits now take about 2 years to process.

Well, we’re not going to pussyfoot around with these people.

Anyone who wishes to join our effort to throw out the bums (all of them) and reestablish the constitutional limits and bounds for government as established by our founding fathers is welcome.

>>The first thing we need is a limit on how much the Feds can spend.

With all due respect I’d say the FIRST thing that is needed is for the current group of thugs to be stopped. Don’t pass one more bill, don’t propose another bill, don’t draw another breath for all I care... just stop and do no more harm while we set about the work of re-establishing the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Those are two inter-dependent but very distinct tasks.

Excellent Jim. There is just so much to consider. Looking at this section:

Our first unalienable right is the right to life. Protecting Life and Liberty shall be of paramount importance to our central government. Roe v Wade and all congressional acts, regulations, court opinions allowing legalized abortion or the taking of innocent human life are hereby rescinded, overruled, repealed, nullified and voided. Life is fully protected by the U.S. Government.

What do we do with the laws the Supreme Court have passed that they had no business deciding. Abortion and many other “laws” are laws that should be decided by the individual States.

We need a good constitutional law person to help work out what we can say about the Supreme Court.

I'm concerned about the approach of marching on DC for a few reasons:

1) If it doesn't bring about change, then energies are wasted.

2) If passion leads to action, then there are no supplies for a sustained action.

3) The "bad guys" would probably not even be in town.

I think what is better his a "marshalling of forces" in the form of a "national militia". A full time paramilitary organization that had both full-time and part-time participants, including its own internal "court system" and intelligence apparatus. An organization that trains and plans on both the tactical and strategic level, while constructively engaging the US military whenever and where ever possible.

Once a person becomes part of a military organization there comes into existence a certain "esprit de corps" that can transcend one's survival instinct. One's confidence grows when taught to defend oneself by those with expertise.

Of course militas have formed spontaneously before in the US, but somehow I think we may be at some sort of "critical mass" where such organizations can start to bring about positive change.

Just my two cents.

Unemployment will have to be dealt with at the state and local levels. Guess a whole shitpot load of ex government workers will be desperately seeking to learn a trade or learn how to establish lemonade or shoeshine stands

If we would eventually have better tax and trade laws we could once again become a manufacturing country and there would be plenty of jobs for stuff made in America and we'd finally be able to afford them if we weren't taxed to death.

You can’t wait for April 15th. The money comes out of your paycheck every payday. Either raise your dependents to 10 or more or quit have a peoples work strike like they did in Poland.

Mr JimRob--we have a start already in the "Million Man Tea Party" that we are joining during our Freeper event in Sept.

Surely there's some way that we could parlay that into something even bigger---

Whatever, I'm with you all the way!

Don’t know if the Supreme Court should be fired at this time. But we should definitely reaffirm their operating parameters and constitutional guidelines and possibly assign term limits less than life. Would be a very difficult task to nominate and confirm all nine justices at once.

“That’s what we’re up against. I’m not optimistic.”

The uncertainty of the reactions from LEO, Military, etc. would be a major sticking point for many.

We must have as many of them as possible aware of what's going to happen and know where their loyalties lie. Otherwise, this thing could get ugly quick.

IMO, the FedGov, NWO crowd and others are attempting to goat us in to this very situation. We need to plan and step carefully including letting them know we're coming well ahead of time.

Revoke all our pledges of monies to other countries and the IMF(they never did a d@man thing for us anyway), then send the money to payoff anything we owe.

Great idea. There is probably money to be had somewhere. We probably are richer than we know. Once we get control back we may be allright and be able to work out the debt or call in what is due us.

Maybe a 5-million gun-owner March on DC would be in order if things get bad enough., I wonder if the media would ignore it?

Maybe a 5-million armed gun-owner march on DC would be in order if things get bad enough RIGHT NOW.

There, fixed it.

How to retire the federal debt

Since a large percent of the current federal debt (not including the stimulus package) is actually entitlement payments promised by federal programs, transfer those obligations to the states along with cutting taxes. Let the states figure out the best way to manage the entitlements.

I do not see this as a plan for the Republican or Democrat or any political party!

This plan is for the United States of America as laid down by our Founding Fathers in the Constitution.
