They’ll need business permits for that and USDA inspection of the lemons used and food prep permits and FDA inspection of the lemonade processing. They’ll need a tax permit and an account set up for sales tax collection and remittance and zone permits from the city and the county.

Shoe polish must pass enviromental laws of the city and county.

Currently there is a shortage of workers since most have been terminated so there is a waiting list for all the above processes.

Applications and permits now take about 2 years to process.
