Another Ethics Complaint Rejected
July 15, 2009, Anchorage, Alaska - The Alaska Personnel Board has rejected another ethics complaint lodged against Governor Sarah Palin.
The complaint alleged that the governor misused state time by accepting media interviews. The complaint also alleged that Governor Palin was paid for television and radio interviews. Governor Palin has not been paid for media interviews.
This complaint was filed by Raymond Alvin Ward on July 9. It was rejected in part because it was not properly notarized. In addition, Personnel Board Chairman Debra English said the board had already determined media interviews did not violate the Ethics Act. Ward lacked evidence to support his allegation that the governor received any payment for media interviews.
Governor Palin's attorney, Thomas Van Flein, responded to the dismissal saying, "The board has appropriately determined that a complaint must have a factual basis of some type and that complaints based on pure speculation are not proper. This most recent complaint demonstrates the problem with the system, and the manner in which it can be abused."

It doesn’t really matter anymore.
There were 16 new reports of ethics violations in the news, thats what people see.
If she runs for anything, the left will just bring up the fact the she had 16 ethics violations and not that they were dismissed - nobody sees they were dismissed in the news.
How does she overcome that?
The MSM has to hammer the fact that the complaints were dismissed, will they? I don’t think so.

The anklebiters are too stupid to realize that by hounding Sarah Palin out of office, they have made her far more powerful for the Conservative cause by enabling her to take the stage Nationally again.
To use a good analogy, think about Obi-Wan Kenobi sacrificing himself to Vader in Star Wars, but first warning Vader that he would "become more powerful than you could possibly imagine."
They should be mindful of the adage: "be careful what you wish for, you just might get it."
They hate her because they hate successful, powerful women of faith and morality. That she’s white is an even greater reason for guilt riddled liberals to despise her.

they are 0-16 on these complaints, but 1-0 in getting her out of office, which was the point all along. This is NOT backfiring on them. It will only backfire on them when the GOP learns how to fight.
President Palin would want that law on the books, but the lawyers? Not. Who would win?
Maybe not a fastball, but definitely have better form than what was just seen. I used to be quite good—but use it or lose it, is a law of physics! LOL
Sarah has enough crowd draw and money making appeal that she may be able to dispell lies herself. The Soros & company (including the Clintons), will have to fight the masses in the next couple of years. I pray for her safety.

This was not number 16 it was number 20 of unfounded ethics complaints found not valid.
I understand there are 20 known complaints. This was the 16th that has been rejected. 4 still pending is my understanding, including a complaint against her legal defense fund itself.
Can Sarah file an ethics complaint against all the jerks who have been filing frivolous ethics complaints? The complaint would be using government resources for political purposes.
They have only awakened a sleeping giant.
I hope so.
