A U.S. Army Reserve major from Florida scheduled to report for deployment to Afghanistan within days has had his military orders revoked after he argued that he should not be required to serve under a president who has not proven his legitimacy for office.
His attorney, Orly Taitz, confirmed to WND the military has rescinded his impending deployment orders.
"We won! We won before we even arrived," she said with excitement. "It means that the military has nothing to show for Obama. It means that the military has directly responded by saying Obama is illegitimate – and they cannot fight it. Therefore, they are revoking the order!"
She continued, "They just said, 'Order revoked.' No explanation. No reasons – just revoked."
A hearing on the questions raised by Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook, an engineer who told WND he wants to serve his country in Afghanistan, was scheduled for July 16 at 9:30 a.m.
"As an officer in the armed forces of the United States, it is [my] duty to gain clarification on any order we may believe illegal. With that said, if President Obama is found not to be a 'natural-born citizen,' he is not eligible to be commander-in-chief," he told WND only hours after the case was filed.
"[Then] any order coming out of the presidency or his chain of command is illegal. Should I deploy, I would essentially be following an illegal [order]. If I happened to be captured by the enemy in a foreign land, I would not be privy to the Geneva Convention protections," he said.

What a perfect way to separate our military from the Country and install ‘his’ own. It’s been my feeling from the beginning that he is going to leave our men and women over there with no ticket home.
He is alive! Bomb exploded next to Humvee, he is the gunner at the top. Very bad concussion, already had 1 surgery and another will be done tomorrow. Apparently the Humvee protected him and saved his life. 3 other Marines were injured along with him. Keep the prayers coming for ALL of them!

Yeah but lots of reserve folks just serve out of love of country without regard of promotions or pay. I know I did. I bore that burden long after it became a negative impact on my family and career. I was sad to let it go.
The child's race is not listed, only those of the parents. This one is from 1963 (a copy made in 1998)
Try again. Most likely it won't even be a Hawaiian BC, or it will show a home birth, with no doctor or hospital listed. That's a good indication that it was fraudulently filled out, especially given the recent "which hospital" flap.

In the short term, perhaps. But Obama was giving it away to them anyway. So in the long run, they'd be much worse off should he be found not eligible, even if that meant President Biden (which it would not necessarily do).

Now EVERY officer has to take a VERY HARD LOOK at the legitimacy of their command authority.
Again, this case solves itself in 15 minutes - it should be a procedural hearing - show the documents, have them certified by a clerk of the court - put the major on a plane to Afghanistan.
They didn’t do that. They are TRYING to moot the case, but the line is going to form behind Major Cook.
Pretty soon, General Officers are going to take a look and ask whether they have an honest-to-goodness Constitutional crisis on their hands.
What a mess. Obama won convincingly, but he’s not a citizen.
It’s got the potential of being a scary week. Every see Crimson Tide? Something like that. One group on the sub is questioning National Command Authority, while the other thinks the orders are legal.

I don’t doubt you one bit. In fact, thank you for the service to your country. However, this person is using this to get out of deployment. It would be 100 percent different if she was working behind the scenes trying to get the BC or some other worthy way. This is totally suspect to me. I don’t trust her one bit.
