Yeah but lots of reserve folks just serve out of love of country without regard of promotions or pay. I know I did. I bore that burden long after it became a negative impact on my family and career. I was sad to let it go.
I don’t doubt you one bit. In fact, thank you for the service to your country. However, this person is using this to get out of deployment. It would be 100 percent different if she was working behind the scenes trying to get the BC or some other worthy way. This is totally suspect to me. I don’t trust her one bit.
