My concern is the notion which may afflict Kim is that he concludes he is now at liberty to attack whom he may wish as he now has nothing to lose. If his paranoia progresses and he believes the west 'gave' him pancreatic carcinoma he might act on his belief.
I agree with some posters who assert that this is perhaps one of the most unforgiving type of cancer. Mostly it is discovered only after the disease is well along and metastasizes distantly. Chemotherapy is virtually useless and radiotherapy is mostly palliative. Less than 5% live beyond 5 years. It is substantially painful (very painful) as it progresses.

Burn in hell, Kim Jong. You and Saddam can go break rocks together.
To: MindBender26
I wouldn't wish it on anyone. That being said, maybe he can use his last days to think about the suffering he caused his own people. The world will be a better place without ya Kimbo!

This is God’s judgement for his murder of the Korean people.

That’s a really nasty form of cancer with a poor prognosis.
Maybe Steve Jobs can recommend a good doctor.
or not...

The head of the pancreas has the common bile duct passing through it so a cancer there would block off the duct causing jaundice and cancer cells can spread up the duct to the liver's biliary system. It works both ways. A gall stone can block off the pancreatic duct, causing the pancreas to swell up like a balloon with powerful digestive juices, and then explode, dumping them into the gut.
It's quite painful. Quite painful. Trust me on this one...
