I WAS a Palin fan—no more. Palin must not understand how important it is for Republicans to gain a majority. She can get lost as far as I’m concerned.

I'm sure she won't cry after you.

Palin understands that perfectly. She also understands that NO DEMOCRAT will accept her offer (unless they are prepared to caucus with the GOP). And she understands that she will attract millions of conservative Democrat VOTERS who are becoming increasingly disgusted with the way the country is heading.

She is doing EXACTLY what Reagan did in 1980, she is showing the VOTERS that she is more interested in values than party labels.

What good did it do this country when the republicans were the majority? NONE, because our republican leaders are NOT conservative, they just have an “R” by their name and are the same globalist sell outs that the democrats are. No one wants to identify themselves as republican any more, haven’t you noticed?

Oh, she understands it. Not only that, she knows how to do it. You might avail yourself of a little humility and consider for a moment that she might be smarter than you and more effective at getting things done.

How would supporting liberal Republicans, who may very well vote for Obama's agenda, be more desirable than supporting a conservative Democrat who may not?

"Palin must not understand how important it is for Republicans to gain a majority"

And after 8 years of big spending, government growing out right liberal GOP "leadership", I don't think it is very important to put that bunch of clowns back in charge either. The GOP under Bush2 BLEW IT, they BLEW IT SO BADLY that nobody gives a damn about the GOP any more. Nobody with a brain that it. The best thing the GOP can do for the country is put the gun to it's head and pull the trigger. Screw the GOP.

I am a conservative great grandmother and I support Sarah 100%. I am tired of holding my nose and voting for the lesser of 2 evils. I voted for McCain only because Sarah was on the ticket. I had planned to write in a fictional character.

Yeah, that really worked out well from 2000 - 2006.

McCain taught her well in the few short months she was under his wing.....

You know.... reaching across the aisle. I guess that’s why she endorsed the former democrat Rick Perry in Texas. I believe Bob Dole and George Bush were good at reaching across the aisle also.

We gave the Republicans both houses and the WH. They blew it. They will have to earn our trust from now on. It is important for us to take the House and Senate back but on our terms.
