Delahunt must be tiring of Castro and Chavez. Now he’s got some new terrorists to fall in love with.

300 Uighurs “peaceful protesters” swarmed into a small grocery shop run by a Han Chinese family, beheaded the father and his 13 year old son in broad daylight, smashed the 80 year old grandmother’s head to bits, the mother is missing and 27 year old cousin dead, their shop burned in fire. And media only shows angry Chinese counter protesters.

Why the left love barbaric primitive people? Though they call themselves progressive, but the truth is that they are a regressive people. They are going backward into a primitive culture from a highly civilized Christian culture. This is why they protest in nakedness and why they hate industry. This is why they want all sex all the time and anywhere they feel like it(that is what they are doing in continental Africa). Their definition of happiness is their appetite, whether they can get an orgasm out of anything. Their logic goes like this: For anything they can get orgasm out of, then it is defined as happiness, if it is a type of happiness, it is a right protected by the constitution. It does not matter whether their happiness infringes others.

I think freeper land has been seriously infested with ACORN et al paid trolls.

Paid ACORN trolls who've been registered the Free Republic for years and years? I think you need to dismantle the shrine you've been assembling. Palin is not the second coming. American conservatism came into existence without Palin and will survive fine without her (although I hope that she will lead conservatives to electoral victory after electoral victory in the years ahead).

I have no opinion about her quitting, and like the fact that she has charisma that might translate into election wins once the effect of the media's unfair attacks on her fade away. But she is a middle-of-the-road politician with a knack for sticking herself in the eye - most recently with a badly thought-out ethics bill that rebounded on her. During the heat of the presidential campaign, she also attempted a shotgun wedding for her badly brought up daughter and serious jerk of a potential son-in-law, Levi Johnston. Having a daughter who gets pregnant out of wedlock doesn't say much for her maternal skills*. Engineering a shotgun wedding for her daughter with a scum of the earth guy like Levi Johnston doesn't say much either for her people judgment or her concern for her daughter's future.

* I made no mention of this during the campaign season because I really, really despise Ogabe, that lump of whale crap who is now getting treated like a janitor by the Russians. But it is a fact that no presidential or VP candidate has ever had an under-age child have a child outside of marriage.

Oh, its clear some, even many, legit freepers don’t like Palin. There are also some MittBots in the mix (I cannot abide Romney in view of MittCare, but that just my view). That’s not who I’m talking about. And that was just one of my two examples.

Its the noobs - some of who signed up to troll here when zero was running but didn’t get zotted - who parot the DNC/MSM talking points on “Palins done, she’s a quitter” AND keep pimping the “moderate muslims who just want their own state” - ignoring that they want a islamic state under sharia law - that I’m talking about.

"Yes. A few Uighers were captured in Afghanistan. The whole group of Chinese muslims did not."

Right. Same with Saudis, Iranians, Palestinians, etc.

Two lawmakers, one from each US political party, appeared alongside Kadeer at the US Capitol and announced they were introducing a resolution in Congress to condemn China for its "violent repression" of "peaceful Uighur protests." Congressman Bill Delahunt, a member of President Barack Obama's Democratic Party, said Beijing's allegations against Kadeer have been "offensive and repugnant."
...but of course, after that ebullient description, there was no room to tell us who the Pubbie is.

"No"

With my limited intellect, would you mind if I take a few years to research your deep and complex response to my very simple statement on Muslim animosity to the USA's irrational protection of the global population of Muslim haters of America?

In my opinion, the sooner the USA lets Muslims chart their own destiny without intervention, the sooner you all will understand what the price of freedom is...

Trust me, we know something about the price of freedom in Turkey. We had to fight the WW1 allies off with pitchforks. All you have to do is look up Galippoli for a taste. And then the war of independence that followed the Ottoman sultan’s defeat in WW1.

Things are not so easy to comprehend as they may seem. It’s ok to take a deep breath or two and rethink. Yes, there are many who hate the USA all around the word. And that’s for precisely the same reasons why many people hate us Turks. Empires, physical or economical are not made by smiles and kisses. Many are hurt, killed or assimilated. And then these people hate you - that’s all there is to it. And they pass that hate on to their own kids.

These people in China have nothing to do with America hating muslims. They are a peopl resisting assimilation by their conquerors. These are their last death throes - God have mercy on them.

Meanwhile, my American brothers are far too filled with hate toward the Muslim to be able to do an good in the war against terror. Sad but true, far more people are going to hate you after this last wave of warfare. Your non-coms hate Muslims, the very people they are supposed to help save.

Washington and Franklin must be sore from turning in their graves for the past few decades.

Let me preface this by saying Muslims from Turkey, Lebanon, and Jordan have a lower propensity for what I’m about to say, but not to the level where I can say a majority do not have this propensity…

You said: "Meanwhile, my American brothers are far too filled with hate toward the Muslim to be able to do an [sic] good in the war against terror."

Let me correct your statement:

"Meanwhile, my Muslim brothers are far too filled with hate to be able to do any good in the war against terror."

That’s right, jump right into the “blame America” band wagon. You just reinforced my point - there’s always that “hate America” attitude right on the tip of the Muslim tongue (like Prince Alwaleed bin Talal bin Abdul Aziz Alsaud right after the 9-11 attack). Americans have only protected Muslims at GREAT cost in lives and financial support. American have not willingly and indiscriminately attacked civilians, blown up Mosques, oppressed all religions not exactly like theirs (do a search here on FR for "Christian" and any Muslim country, including so-called moderate countries, to see what you receive back).

Americans have accepted Muslims in every community of America, even through these same Muslims have shown nothing but contempt for our society (especially as their numbers grow - they start to show their true disdain for America). They don’t want to “become Americans” as all the many immigrants before them, which has made the US the greatest nation in the history of civilization. They just want to live here to receive the unique benefits that they can’t get from any Muslim nation in existence (and I’m not talking about accepting the garbage coming out of Hollywood or DC - like abortion). I would add that this is not unique to the US - look at The Netherlands, France, and the UK. Christians who emigrate from Muslim countries demonstrate no such ingratitude and disrespect.

Americans are very much a “live and let live” society. We are slow to anger and quick to forgive. But, it has gotten to a level way beyond absurd where we, the USA, is blamed for all the Muslim world’s self-inflicted woes. In Lebanon, just as their country is becoming an oasis after years of civil war, they turn to Hamas for “leadership” and all the gains are predictably lost (in reality, Iran funneled money to Hamas so they could pose as a humanitarian group - and fooling no one - the population took their Iranian money and allowed them to take over the southern part of the nation). I could go on and on, but I won’t because I’m wasting my time. Show me the Muslim country that has a history of standing on it's own (no Western aid at all), respecting true liberty and freedom as a gift from God to each individual, respecting people of all religions and races within it’s borders as well as outside, providing opportunities for it's citizens, and interacting with other nations in a peaceful and respectful manner - then we can strike up this conversation again.

I can’t agree with your correction of my sentence, but I do agree with what you stated in your last paragraph.

But regarding your correction, it yields a true statement even though it doesn’t invalidate mine.

My stance has always been that lines drawn between masses using seemingly useful deliniations such as language or religion do not necessarily lend themselves to appreciable progress. It is our goals that determine which side we’re on - peace and love or destruction and hate. You may argue that one group has more haters than the other but isn’t that really irrelevant and counterproductive? The continental congress had members of many different convictions, but they all shared one specific one that brought them all together. So I suggest we look past the easily observed differences, consider each individual for what they are, reinforce the good we may find in individuals, and help those whose judgement is clouded by helping them conquer their ignorance.

Article

Excerpt:

In a sense, the Uighurs have fallen prey to two conceptions of things. There’s the post-9/11 American idea that Afghanistan was a terrorist haven, headquarters of Osama bin Laden and the Taliban. Because that was indeed the case, it seems logical that any non-Afghan Muslims in the country, the Uighurs included, must have been in association with these international terrorist entities, as Mr. Webb put it. That view gains some credibility because there have been terrorist attacks in Xinjiang carried out by Uighur nationalists.

But the reality is quite different, said Alim Seytoff, the vice president of the Uighur-American Association. Over the years, he said by telephone, many young Uighur men, fearing political persecution and also needing jobs, have tried to go overland from Xinjiang to other countries, with Turkey, whose language the Uighurs can understand, a highly desired destination. Many of them, unable to get visas to Turkey, have ended up in Afghanistan, which shares a strip of border with Xinjiang, living in a village that has been wrongly portrayed as a terrorist training camp — a portrayal very much encouraged by China.

And that is the second conception of things, the Chinese one, that has influenced the American debate.

“Especially after 9/11,” Mr. Seytoff said, “since Uighurs are Muslim, the Chinese government hijacked the purpose of the global war on terrorism, to portray Uighur displeasure with their brutal rule as terrorism.”
