A friend at work had her wallet stolen out of her purse from a desk drawer the other day, sometime during work hours. And another friend's daughter, a stewardess, had her wallet stolen last week while serving passengers on a flight to Trinidad.
I told them that they should not think of these people as thieves, but Obama's foot soldiers, volunteers in his army to spread the wealth.
So be of good cheer. We are serving the President's vision, and soon the wealth will be evenly spread.
Years ago, walking out of high school talking to my mother on a cell phone. One of ‘em takes it right out of my hand, with another two behind me to make sure I don’t do anything. Tackled me twice in the snow.
Nobody (0bama) likes a smart smart-ass.
Butt, I do.
Exactly. We shouldn’t even use the term ‘thief’ anymore. Just ‘socialist’. For example, “a socialist broke into a neighbor’s house the other night with the intent of redistributing his wealth” (no one did but that’s how I would say if it happened).
Sociopaths and career criminals are the core of voter theft ACORN (or whatever fake name they now use).
It’s illegal unless it first gets diluted by the government bureaucracy who follows orders to see that the money goes to the appropriate special interest/victim/voting bloc.
There’s another point to watch out for with these people who still have Obama bumper stickers on their cars. They are now the ones who will happily ding your car when they open their doors because they know fundamentally, there is nothing you can do about it.
Be very afraid if you drive a car nicer than theirs.
Saw a bumper sticker today on a pickup truck.
DON’T STEAL
THE GOVERNMENT HATES COMPETITION
A man and his wife went to dinner a week after the
election. The waitress was still wearing her 0bozmo button.
The man paid in cash and asked the waitress what would be
a fair amount for her tip. She said $8.00. The man told her
he was giving her tip to some homeless guys down the street
because they needed it more than her.
Actually our soon to be poverty will be spread, and we’ll all be equal, equally miserable.
I was in the 4th grade when a kid in the lunch line borrow 4 cent’s from me to buy a small milk. His name was Ron Spenner and he never paid me back.
I am 60 now, and that creep better hope I never run into him.
So, as you may see, I don’t adjust well to this kind of stuff.... and I never forget. ;>)
My little brother and I hauled laundry to a laundromat each week, and my mother would give us 5 cents each as a reward. We would by a bag of potato chips or a balsa wood glider. I remember those little treats.
I always say, we were broke most of my childhood, but not poor. Being poor is a state of mind, and we all knew we would eventually become successful.
And in those days, no one had much more than anyone else.
“Being poor is a state of mind...”
IMHO, THAT is one of the best “words to live by” things that our generation can pass on to the next. I am wealthy beyond the dreams of todays average man..... and other than what’s happening to my country, I am very happy.
I was the oldest of 6 brats from what others would call a dirt poor family, but I never knew I was poor until others told me I was. LOL
As I grew out of my hand-me-downs (admittedly, I hated wearing extra socks to make my shoes fit, but they were right—I did grow into them. LOL), I learned how to work and build my own life.
I liked the balsa wood gliders too.
My red rocket was the best! It was all I wanted for months. I dreamed about it every night. It was plastic and you filled it with water and hand pump air into the bottom... after countdown, you pulled a trigger. The thing would fly out of sight. I convinced my little brother that it had gone all the way to the moon and back. To him I was a God. LOL
That rocket comes in assorted colors, but it can be purchased even today... they are now about $3. I can remember the field I lost it in and I even went back to that state and searched the field for it when I was 40. I never found it. ;>( If I make it to 70, I may go back and look for it again.
I would not have wanted my youth to have been any other way.
“...a socialist broke into a neighbors house the other night with the intent of redistributing his wealth (no one did but thats how I would say if it...”
None of ‘em would understand a word you’re saying.
It’s “spreadin’ da welf aroun”.
