Two-thirds of Republicans want her to be "a major national political figure" in the future. The announcement further "dented" her standing with Democrats: Three-fourths hope she does not return to a position of power. What is your opinion of Sarah Palin?

Based upon looking at the sum of choices that she has made in her life and how those choices played out, and based upon the crystal clear nature of her positions and convictions, I think that she is THE MOST QUALIFIED candidate possible at this particular time in history.

Our government is clearly evil, and it is going to take a unique and good person to fix it. Everyone else will fail, the usual republican suspects will FAIL, they are done, there will be no second chances for them, they laid down in the face of their duty, and they are shameful.

I've been attempting to drive this point home to the naysayers and doubters in the last few days.

Sarah Palin's Core Values and Courage Index is head and shoulders above any politician you can name. The quality of her character is far superior to the professional leeches who are now in charge of our government, and it is this senior quality that is most severely lacking in Washington.

Sarah has already proven her executive capabilities (something the current Resident has not), so talking of her "foreign policy experience", "depth", etcetera, is nothing more than an underhanded attack against her, in my opinion.

She is manifestly qualified to be the chief executive of the United States because her foundational qualities are impeccable.

This is pure truth, and it cannot be stated with any greater clarity. For me personally, it boils down to can we as a people see good for what it is, can we see evil for what it is, and can we make a decision between the two before it is too late. God sends us his angels at the time when we need them. The only question is are we too blind to see them?

I am one of the 49% of course.

I'm not sure she's going to return as a candidate for the presidency ever. From what she has said so far, I'm thinking she may have decided to become an attack-dog for the Republican party and Conservative ideals. She could take the heat while carrying the message to the millions who otherwise wouldn't hear it.

Just thinking...a female Rush Limbaugh with a huge audience. She could hammer Obama without the Republican Party and its candidates being sullied in any way...not a bad idea.

I have a VERY positive opinion of Sarah. Now she’s one of us and can fight the fight the right way....without being barred or slowed down with politics.

GO SARAH!!! Even if she doesn’t continue “in politics”....she’s still ONE OF US and out there in the public eye, with the MSM spotlight, sharing what we’re ALL sayin’. THIS GOVERNMENT SUCKS AND WE DON’T WANT SOCIALISM!!!

With the newer adaptable lens, there should be no computer use and no reading for 14 days post op. I about went insane.

I opted out of fly fishing for 14 days due to the probable event of getting river water in my left eye, the one the cataract was replaced. Many of our rivers due to illegals make the rivers in India seem pure.

About the time I was ready to go back to fly fishing, my left knee started acting up. Besides the obvious problem of getting to and from the river, I could just see me doing a two handed Spey cast with my left knee locking up during the cast. That would probably result in an unplanned trip downstream.
