Hospital won't back Obama birth claim

The hospital in Hawaii where Barack Obama claims he was born refuses to produce any documentation without permission of the president himself.

The Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children in Honolulu has posted on its website a letter on White House stationary dated Jan. 24 in which Obama wrote, "As a beneficiary of the excellence of Kapi'olani Medical Center – the place of my birth – I am pleased to add my voice to your chorus of supporters."

Kristy Watanabe, the public relations specialist for the hospital refused to confirm or deny the veracity of Obama's letter claiming he was born at the hospital.

"Our comment to everyone who has been calling is that federal law does not permit us to provide any more details concerning information [about Obama's birth] without authorization from Mr. Obama," Watanabe told WND.

Nice try. I will not allow you to invert the moral emphasis of this argument without challenge. A legitimate and moral man who has been elected POTUS would, upon being asked, unhesitatingly provide the credentials that prove his constitutional qualifications to be president of United States.

But since we know that he is lying crypto Marxist demagogue who has probably usurped his way into the White House, and is spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to armies of lawyers to conceal those facts and he is counting on credulous obsfucators like you to mislead and pettifog the American people into believing that those of us who are defending the constitution are misguided at best and deluded at worst. Even in 1961 you had to have a baby added to your passport in order to travel with them. A woman attempting to bring a baby into the United States, that was not included on her passport would not have been allowed into the country without first getting documentation for the baby.

Well, since we haven't seen any records, how do we know that she didn't?

But if BHO Jr was actually born in Canada, then zipping accross the border in a private auto would have been easy. Several folks who lived near the border in those days report that they only checked the "papers" of the driver (and that would have been just a driver's license). August 1961 was well before 9-11-01, and even somewhat before folks started hijacking airliners to Cuba.

If I remember correctly, didn’t some official with Hawaii Records Dept say that the certification of live birth that is posted online is legitimate and acceptable as proof of birth?

No they did not. She said it "looked like" one of theirs. She did sort of say that her boss was saying it was legitimate, but that was later retracted, since saying it was legitimate is as "illegal" as giving out the "COLB" or a copy of the Long Form BC, which they do say they have on file, without saying what information it contains.

I think it is because of those intervening years. He was told and lived a lie. By the time he discovered the truth, he didn’t want to believe it, so conmtinued the lie.
Illegitimacy doesn’t matter to many NOW, but it mattered in the 60’s, the 70’s and the 80’s. He lived the lie and now he is stuck with it. To admit he lied would damage his credibilty as well as destroy the fascade he has created.

I think there are clues in Dreams of My Father that point to this.

Why doesn't someone pay one of his common ancestors in Kenya a sum of cash to submit a request for the birth certificate? They would be entitled to a copy of it and could release the information that Barack is afraid to.

Since O’s mother was just 18 when he was born, she had not lived as an adult ( not minor) citizen for the required amount of time to confer citizenship to her offspring.

She was 17 when she became pregnant.

Used to be, but not any more. Supposedly because of "Identity Theft" issues.

It's becoming obvious that in the quest for "privacy" and to prevent identiy theft, we've created the potential for for people to assume false identities can't be disproven, at least absent the intervention of a court.

Suppose the SCOTUS or someone actually blows the whistle on this fraud, what then? Will they leave in place all the damage he has done, call it all illegal, approve some of it and not other parts? It is a puzzlement. Any ideas by 'informed' citizens, not wishful thinkers?

That’s as plausible an explanation as I’ve ever heard. I’d also like to know what those college transcripts say. Probably “foreign exchange student” something.

Occam’s Razor essentially states that the simplest explanation with the fewest assumptions should always be favored. Thus, there are two explanations for the non-disclosure of Barry Soetero’s BC and academic records:

1. The BC/academic record contain innocuous information.

2. The BC/academic record contain damaging information.

I know which explanation I’ve picked.
