We're talking 80 tons of melamine. The port of entry is Kansas City. Was it all flown in from the PRC?

Fine them for every penny they have and then toss them under the jail.
If anyone needs to be made examples of it’s these a*******.

They should be made to include a cup of melamine mixed into every cup of food they eat until it does the same thing to them that it did to those pets...

Also, Menu Foods, who unwittingly used ChemNutra’s product in their pet food, had to shell out $45 million in claims, while the perps get only a misdemeanor? Wife is a Chinese national. This issue came up because my cat died today of possible renal failure.

This is another example where the left has stories about the abuse and killings of animals, but, at the same time, they completely ignore the ongoing abortions that happen everyday all over the world, while also attacking everybody who is pro-life.

This couple got a slap on the wrist for all the pain they caused throughout the US.

I want to add my sincere condolences for the loss of your sweet kitty.

Will they be personally and/or corporately liable for the pain and suffering their actions caused so many pet owners? I’d like to see them reduced to absolute poverty before hangiing them.
And Judges, my condolences on the loss of your kitty.

I agree that the lives of the unborn are much more precious than that of pets. However, where is PETA in all this?! Where is the Humane Society? Where is the SPCA? What if people ate tainted dog food?
