I must say, this is the best color for her skin tone that I have ever seen her wear. Take off the boobie belt and she'd look lovely. But she's always got to poke a stick in the eye of real elegance in order to make a personal statement, no matter how awkward. I'm waiting for the pictures of how she has to hitch that belt up and make adjustments, since it's not at the natural waist, but constraining her lower ribs. Can't be all that comfortable.
The Russians are very formal people. I doubt they are impressed with her wearing a fruit sherbet colored cocktail dress at a wreathlaying for war dead. They are probably contemptuous. Not what the US needs and desreves for what we pay to send this woman overseas to be be a national rep.
Does she have a protocol advisor? Does she listen to her?
Nauseating! That looks like grandma's apron over a tank top. I believe it actually is a separate skirt that she has hitched up under there, rather than a purposefully constructed garment by a designer. All she's missing is a big tat on her upper arm.
The person who airbrushed that Oprah cover had to get combat pay for that job! Neither of them are close to the sizes they look on that magazine!
