RIGGED, ILLEGAL, RACIAL, and INTRUSIVE

Strike One.

In violation of Article 1, Section 2, of the U.S. Constitution, President Barack Obama has assumed complete control of the 2010 Census.

This Article, which concerns the legislative rather than executive branch of government, stipulates that the “enumeration” be conducted by a commerce official under the supervision of the Senate and the House of Representations. It reads:

Representation and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers … . The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they (the House of Representatives and the Senate) shall by Law direct.

When the Oval Office side-stepped this stipulation, Senator Judd Greg, who was then Mr. Obama’s choice as Secretary of Commerce, announced his withdrawal from consideration.

“This was simply a bridge too far for me,” Mr. Greg said.

Strike Two.

In violation of Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, Mr. Obama has ordered federal border patrol officials to scale down enforcement so that the Census will be artificially swollen by the influx of millions of illegal Latinos.

Defending Mr. Obama’s illegal directive, Deputy Census Director Preston Jay Waite told the press that raids on illegals occurred during the population count would make a “distrustful group” less likely to cooperate with government workers who are supposed to obtain an accurate head count of the people living in the U.S.

We will be mapping all the places I have seen and hope to see. Those who know me say I am a workaholic. But I DO play. I have had a life-long passionate hobby of seeing as many by-ways as possible of our nation. Shirley and I just returned from several days on the back roads of Indiana. Im working in Atlanta today, and Ill be in northeast Georgia and southern North Carolina later today.

As I slow down through every town and crossroads or through every urban neighborhood -- I always think to myself, This is where people live their lives, pursue their dreams, know what it is to be an American.

And I want to know how life in many variables compares here to everywhere else.

COMPARING YOUR COUNTY WITH OTHERS

How does your county compare with those around you? Our maps will colorfully make it clear.

How does your county compare with the major media centers that tend to dominate our view of what America is? The maps will reveal some surprising results.

Watching and reading the mass media, one might conclude that the United States of America is exemplified primarily by New York, Washington, Los Angeles, San Francisco and maybe a few other major cities. But Americans live out their day-to-day adventures in another 3,100 counties sprawled across this continent.

On a frequent basis, we will be introducing new maps that provide additional ways to gauge the quality of life for those who live within a county or state. Because of limitations of available data, we will sometimes not be able to provide comparisons for the smallest counties, but we will usually be able to provide insight for where the vast majority of Americans live.

TODAY, WE FEATURE POPULATION GROWTH SINCE 1980

Rampant, biggest-ever U.S. population growth is one of our gravest concerns at NumbersUSA. One of the most important reasons we advocate reduced immigration is because federal immigration policies are the cause of most U.S. population growth.

Our population maps today will help you see at a glance where immigration is driving the most population growth and radical change across the country. Nearly every county that is colored for high growth either (a) has had a lot of immigration, or (b) has had a lot of migration of Americans fleeing other parts of the state or country that have themselves had very high immigration.

Be sure to click on states to get a closer view of the counties. And you can click on the metro areas on a state map to obtain zoomed-in maps.

I hope that the maps can play a small role in helping Americans feel more connected as the national community that so many of our politicians no longer believe exists or matters.

One thing I asked of my tech team was to create impregnated smart cursors. I like to get to information quickly. So my tech team has impregnated the cursor on the maps with an incredible array of statistics and rankings. All you have to do is roll your cursor over a part of the map and the information about that county, state or metro will pop up in a balloon for your view. Then just click to get a close-up or to fill the text box on the left with the information so you can print it.

When a census taker come to my house, I will ask to see his/her credentials. If there is ANY mention of ACORN or any ACORN related group, the person will be ordered off my property! Period!

Most frightening is the WH colluding with ACORN to control the census----getting its hands on strategic info to be used for political purposes. The calculated Rahm Emanuel is manipulating the census, using replies to build a permanent Dem majority. Americans are supposed to be counted. ACORN census takers will cook the books and enshrine illegal hyphanates as the "new majority" (a political goal of the Obamatons).

THIS IS UNPRECEDENTED ACORN'S potential for wrongdoing is breathtaking. ID theft is a distinct possibilty ....... with the nefarious ACORN getting ahold of strategic info.

WE NEED TO TAKE BACK THE CENSUS--- PASS THE WORD---HERE'S WHAT TO DO:

(1) Have pad and pencil ready. When they knock at your door, before ACORN attempts to get your info, you get their name, ID number, name of their immediate supervisor and location of their employment. Tell them you are reporting this to L/E and are storing copies with your lawyer.

(2) When they show up on your property to do the census, call the police. Explain that you don’t want anyone involved in criminal activities to be anywhere near you............ AND that you, yourself, DO NOT get involved in criminal activities.

(3) Call Congress at 202-225-3121. MESSAGE State that you will not become an accessory to a crime that makes use of private information for identity fraud.......and that you object to ACORN'S invasion of privacy.

(4) We need to outmaneuver them----if you refuse, there is the possibility that they will falsely fill out YOUR census form. HAVE THIS READY If you discover false documents were filed in your name that would incur felony charges: Falsifying official documents incurs felony charges for 1st-degree tampering with public records, 1st-degree offering of a false instrument for filing, 4th-degree grand larceny, and 1st-degree falsifying of official records. If ACORN gives out false info---they could be charged with aiding and abetting a felony.

(5) Have copies of the Pittsburgh TRIBUNE-REVIEW article (below) ready for distribution....and copies of articles derailing ACORN's wrongdoing (many are posted on FR).

A district judge who held another ACORN worker for trial Monday on election law violations urged prosecutors to go after the real culprit, the organization that employed him. "Somebody has to go after ACORN," Senior District Judge Richard H. Zoller said about the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.

"It's happening all over the country. All you have to do is turn on the television," he said, referring to voter registration fraud charges brought recently against ACORN and its workers in Nevada.

"We will," Allegheny County Detective Robert F. Keenan promised as he wrapped up his testimony. A spokesman for DA Stephen A. Zappala Jr. said following the hearing that the county's investigation into members of ACORN and their activities during the 2008 campaign "remains open and active."
