KABUL, Afghanistan -- The U.S. military said today that insurgents have capture an American soldier in eastern Afghanistan.
Spokeswoman Capt. Elizabeth Mathias said the soldier went missing Tuesday.

Any word confirming this soldier is a ‘guy’, yet? If the evil bastards had a choice, I think they would want a female soldier to maximize the desired effect on US.

I think I would have to make them kill me in a fire fight before I would let these pukes take me. Unless I were just too badly wounded to fight back and did not really know they had me. They are going to murder you for propaganda purposes anyway with the head cutting off thing, so I’d go down shooting, not putting up my hands and thinking they would fairly treat me according to the GC.
My prayers go up for this soldier and the others that were taken with him..I think there were two Afgans captured also..
Now to the filth in Washington,it is their fault,because of all the releases of the films and pictures at GETMO.mark my words this will come up and I hope it does so the whole world can see how these Muslim lovers are making it dangerious for out troops all over the world..BO,Pelosi,and Reid..the whole bunch of the democrat party..Along with Snowe,Collins and the rest of the RINOS
In my world, if this soldier turns up dead. I recall all troops, then green glass the whole country. Problem solved!If the rest of the world starts bee-itchin, tell then we have plenty more if they want one or two.
Instead of going PC and all that, I’ll stick with the law of average and say it is a guy. But, I do agree that they would rather have a female captive. Anyway, prayers to them.
Not to worry. They will treat him fine because the prisoners at Gitmo were treated like royalty.
They may just ask for big bucks, in which case 0 would be only too happy to oblige, I’m sure.

I am sure every American soldier is aware of the horrific consequences of capture and if he could have gone down fighting he would have. Who knows what happened?
The enemy is very educated on how to capture a soldier and apparently this time whatever techniques they used worked.

So far, the Pentagon is refusing to give unit, rank, or name of this soldier.

Navysealdad, I don’t feel like having our kids do all the fighting. If something happens to my kid.......I think it could be the last straw.
