The American Civil Liberties Union yesterday accused the Obama administration of using statements elicited through torture to justify the confinement of a detainee it represents at the U.S. military prison in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
The ACLU is asking a federal judge to throw out those statements and others made by Mohammed Jawad, an Afghan who may have been as young as 12 when he was captured. His attorney argued that Jawad was abused in U.S. custody, threatened and subjected to intense sleep deprivation.

Boo hoo.
Obama talks out of both sides of his mouth, Obama reaps the consequences. This is rich.
This is getting out of hand. The ACLU is making legal arguments as if these people are American citizens, held on American soil, with full consitutional rights.
Haven’t we already been over this, that these “guests” of ours at Gitmo (I know we don’t call them enemy combatants anymore) DO NOT have the full constitutional rights of citizens???????
Just another example of Obama backtracking on promises.
Barry is getting a taste of the BS President Bush went through.. Ha!
HA, don’t you know the DUmmies are loving this? They had such hope for change. It was never going to rain again, rainbows everyday, unicorns, nothing but sunshine and roses. It’s wake up time DUmmies. You drank the Koolaid and you got snookered.

Only it’s worse because he thought they were his friends. How dare anyone criticize him. I think we are getting ready to see a very nasty Hussein, Rahmbo and Axlegrease.
While we all have known him incapable of telling the truth since he emerged into the national spotlight, the more times he exhibits such blatant, impossible to miss hypocrisy, the sooner the Dunce-ocrats will be forced to see that their Messiah is nothing but a two-bit, greasy snake-oil salesman.
These repeated and increasingly public instances of Obama's copycatting Bush is driving his leftyloon base totally batsh*t. His overall approval rating is dropping primarily as a result of Independents and Dunce-ocrats becoming less and less in love wiff dey boy.
I absolutely love it. Now, with that ridiculous ass-clown Stuart Smalley as the Senator (ROFLMFAO) giving the Dunce's a 60-vote Senatorial bulldozer, anything that doesn't get done and done quickly is entirely on their shoulders. Finito.
It is now 0'bonehead's economy, and it is now the Dunce's Congress. Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide. Nobody else to blame. They own it.
Anything, and everything, that doesn't go swimmingly is now a wholly and solely owned Dunce-ocrat mess. Take a look at the situation they have already gotten us into. How much, for the forseeable future, do you think is going to go really well? The economy?
I don't think so.
Housing?
Unemployment?
Stock Market?
Try again.
The fact is, alot more is going to go wrong than right over the coming year. If we (the GOP) don't use this time pointing the finger straight at 0'Bonehead and the Dunce Congress whenever anything goes wrong (just like they did to Bush for 9 years straight, and counting...), then we will be letting slip an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to make some serious, perfectly-timed political hay while the storm clouds ominously swirl...
