That means Oklahoma will remain in almost last spot for unsafe bridges as no way his ‘bank’ will give Oklahoma any money.

How is this legal?

Government, government, government. How terribly original of Mr. Obama. The Feds already own a bank or two, why not just use them as your slush, Barack?

“How is this legal?”

Dunno! Good question. Things like contracts, laws and so on are routinely trampled by these people in the name of the Economic Emergency.

Our new God is helping himself to every facet of our lives and there doesn’t seem to be anyone or anything in his way.

Barack Obama is moving ahead with his fascist agenda.

The rest is just droppings fodder.

Stop looking at that tree and look at the forest.

The Constitution is being stomped on in short order.

Someone with money needs to start challenging some of this in Court. I dont’ see how the Government running a bank is legal. That Economic Emergency doesn’t cut it and cannot figure out why no one has challenged. I have a hunch some automobile dealers are going to start challenging and hopefully they won’t have to deal with the 9th Circuit.

This is just wrong.

It IS wrong, isn't it.

Seems like every day we get another example of this Administration’s intrusion into Unconstitutional waters. Hell, right above this is a post about ‘Managing’ News Conferences and planting questions. These people have almost every angle covered!

Frightening to say the least.

The National Infrastructure Bank Act of 2007 was S 1926 AND HR 3401.

That was introduced in the Senate in 2007. About this time last year as the first stimulus(under Bush) was being passed out, Pelosi began agitating for a second stimulus which would include infrastructure spending. She had the senate bill introduced into the House.

And at that time, both Clinton and Obama backed the legislation.

The Natl Infrastructure Bank would operate similar to the state infrastructure banks.

It is frightening. Feels like we are talking to the wind sometimes. I am so fed up with this Administration and how they are taking over Government and private industry without a fight it seems. My hope is that ZERO is finally overstepping and people are beginning to wake up.

After watching that conscending jerk of a press secretary go back at Chip Reid and Helen Thomas maybe more people will wake up.

I don’t know where the line is between ‘soft tyranny’ and the next level, but I’m sure Obama is pushing it.

Hard to think how this maniac can be stopped. Franken sews up the Senate and the House was already in line. The SCOTUS is next up and it doesn't look good there either.

I just don't think the mechanisms of Gov’t are up to stopping this train - Which leaves precious few alternatives to serious street resistance.

That is what is really frightening. That these people will go too far and, from what I've seen so far, they are well on that track.
