That means Oklahoma will remain in almost last spot for unsafe bridges as no way his ‘bank’ will give Oklahoma any money.

How is this legal?

Dunno! Good question. Things like contracts, laws and so on are routinely trampled by these people in the name of the Economic Emergency.

Our new God is helping himself to every facet of our lives and there doesn’t seem to be anyone or anything in his way.

The National Infrastructure Bank Act of 2007 was S 1926 AND HR 3401.

That was introduced in the Senate in 2007. About this time last year as the first stimulus(under Bush) was being passed out, Pelosi began agitating for a second stimulus which would include infrastructure spending. She had the senate bill introduced into the House.

And at that time, both Clinton and Obama backed the legislation.

The Natl Infrastructure Bank would operate similar to the state infrastructure banks.
