Carl Swensson and Mack Ellis served the 11-page Presentments to President Barack Obama, at the White House for FRAUD and TREASON.
11:49am Chalice has video. (woooo hoooo documents being accepted) 11:57am Presentments in the hands of Secret Service 12:06pm 2 Secret Service, names John and Jessica, received presentments
They were denied entrance to the Dept of Justice (Eric Holder)
1:06 FBI has been served and they are on the way to District Court
3:05 pm They at US District Court. They were served.
3:29 We served Dept of Justice. They will get back to us. We have a judge who will review it.
3:32 We are on the House serving 4 Congressmen.
5:44pm Presentments delivered to Senate Minority Leader McConnell, TX Senators Hutchinson and Cornyn, Ron Paul, and Michelle Bachmann
They are on way back to hotel and will start again tomorrow. If I hear more details later about today, then I will post them here.

Not only doesn’t it have legal standing, but now these people are on watch lists all over. I’m sure everyone they “served” got a huge laugh over it.
There are things that we should be doing, but this isn’t one of them.

If it has no legal standing; why did Holder deny entrance and what are you suggestions that we do something else? What something elses?
It seems to me to be a form of “petition for redress of greivences” at a minimum. Which is certainlys something that has political, if not legal, standing.
The entire idea that the legal system is remote and unavailable to ordinary citizens is a liberal one. It’s taken 3 or 4 generations to catch on. Now the libtards control the law schools and bar associations and allow obviously incompetent traitors to be elevated to the SC.
*THAT* all has “legal standing”. So maybe “legal standing” ain’t all it’s cracked up to be.
I think this is mostly because people have been convinced it has none. At one point in time it clearly did have standing; and so did the Constitution.

But the term 'grand jury' implies standing that simply is not there.
