As Dan Rather sees it and decrees it, Sonia Sotomayor will make a fine Supreme Court justice. So the former CBS Evening News anchor told MSNBC's Carlos Watson this morning.
The pair were discussing the impact of the high court's reversal today of Sotomayor's pro-affirmative action ruling in the New Haven firefighters case.

Rather’s support is reason enough to know that she is a flake and like Bayrock, deep as a mud puddle. Gee we won’t even have to acknowledge that she is an open racist and an incompetent jurist.

Sotomayor would make a very good job — brought to you by someone who says the media is not biased.

He probably forgot the frequency again. And, it is no surprise to see one Marxist supporting another for the Supreme Court.
Rather has become a joke. And, he deserves to become a laughing stock.

Rather unearthed the following authentic transcript from one of Sotomayor's speeches:
"I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better the same conclusion than as a white male who hasn't lived that life.
To: governsleastgovernsbest
Inasmuch that Rather's credibility is in the toilet, it doesn't say much for his recommendation

One is a proven liar who has supported communism for the past half-century. The other is Fidel Castro.
What’s the frequency, Kenneth?
