Inhofe just interviewed live on Fox. Fox is running with the suppressed EPA report challanging manmade global warming as a major story. Inhofe says the Cap and Trade bill is "DOA" in the Senate. There will be an investigation into the EPA suppressing valid science. He said "I'm kind of rejoicing", and that he's finally vindicated after years of pointing out the poor science.
The Fox anchor: "This is huge!"

Heard some quotes (California legislators?) at the top of the hour on why they voted for it. One said “jobs jobs jobs”. That’s not the stated reason “environment”.
And as we go FROM one method of production to ANOTHER method of production, we will also be KILLING JOBS.
It may be a net gain, it may not be. But it does destroy industries that are long established and it is simple minded to ignore those people who’s degrees will no longer be of much use.
No $hit !? The EPA thing as actually breaking out there ? Holy smokes.
This is nowhere NEAR the end of “Crap and Trade.”
Obama lobbied hard for this in the House, and he will twist arms in the Senate also. GE, Goldman Sachs and all the other pigs at the trough will pull out all stops to get this bill passed.
Until they actually kill The Beast, it’s alive and threatens our very existence.
So far this story has died and is receiving no coverage.
Although RATS will try to stop the investigation, or skew the findings, it would be nice to see this lead to criminal charges. This could go high up the RAT food chain.
Man, I wish I had Senator a tenth as good as Inhofe.
Its nice to hear this, but I am skeptical. Why would the Dems be able to get this POS through the House and not the usually slimey Senate? What was the game here?
You better take a pill. This thing is in trouble, but not dead yet. SRM wants drama, remember that, and they have a stake in Cap and Trade.
No. There was a lot of rejoicing at First Manassas, too....but the war was not nearly over.
Let us hope this makes some difference, I suspect the guy that wrote it will be kicked out of his job and the facts he found will be ignored. Pres O has every intention of destroying the US as we know it as fast as possible. He wants our energy supplies shut down and he will get exactly what he wants.

Your right that this thing is not dead yet. Another thing to watch for is if this thing gets stuffed in the Senate, ozero may just executive order this thing in to law. I don’t put anything past him.
Don’t be relieved too quickly. I would bet that the reports of this crap-sandwich legislation’s death is exaggerated. Do not celebrate yet. Do not relax yet. Hold their feet to the fire until they drive nails in the coffin and a stake thru its heart.
