Pelosi Won't Give Public a Week to Review Text of Health-Care Bill Before House Votes on It
SNIPPET: "At her press briefing on Thursday, Pelosi was asked whether the health-care bill would be handled differently than the stimulus bill, which came up in February. The 1,071-page final text of that bill was posted on the House Appropriations Committee’s Web site late on a Thursday night and then voted on the next day.
“When the stimulus bill came out earlier this year, members and citizens had less than two days to review the final version that came out of the conference committee before it was voted on,” CNSNews.com asked Pelosi on Thursday. “Will you commit to giving Americans at least a week to review the full conference version of the health care bill before it is voted on? And also will you commit to submitting the final version to the CBO [Congressional Budget Office] so that they can report the cost to the public?”
Pelosi would not commit to giving the public a week to review the bill, and did not respond to the question of having the CBO report on the cost of the final bill."

So, since Hello Larry was a spin off of Diff’rent Strokes, I think everything somehow relates to that show.
I'm gonna spend this afternoon researching Facts Of Life (another “Strokes” spin-off) since it served as a launching pad for so many of today's brightest stars.

Farrell recently gave an interview to Michelle Phillips, who, of course, was the step mother of MacKenzie Phillips, who was on One Day at a Time with Pat Harrington (Dwayne Schneider) who, during the Korean War, was in the army (just like B.J. Hunnicutt).
This newly realized Army Connection opens endless possibilities!
BTW- Nancy McKeon (Jo Polniaczek on The Facts of Life) had a private audience with The Pope, just like Father Mulcahey on M*A*S*H, so there’s another Army Connection.

Mindy Cohen from the Facts of Life also did the voice of Velma Dinkley on Scooby Doo and in the original one, Don Messick did the voice of Scooby and was friends with George O’Hannlon who did the voice of George Jetson and Elroy Jetson was played by Daws Butler (who also voiced Quick Draw McGraw) and he worked with Nancy Cartwright (Lisa Simpson) and her father, Homer, was in the Army in one episode.

Unless of course the destruction of the economy is their goal. Which I might point out is what they are obviously doing. They want a new dollar, and a new government without limits to their power. This is all about shredding the Constitution and breaking the back of the American people. The people in government now are traitors and need to be brought to justice in a court of law. If found guilty of being a part of the Obama conspiracy, they should be executed. Obama is not a legal president, and all who take part in supporting him are guilty of High Treason.

That’s 99% of the bills. The Congressman rushes into his office and his staff says, “such-and-such is coming up, vote yes, here is a speech to read” and the congressman rushes to the chamber to give the speech then vote based on party line, ideology, or threats (not content).
If you look at the page count of all the bills, there is no way a congressman could read or understand what he’s voting on.
On FR, a bunch of people look at a bill and comment on it, analyze it, determine impacts, and that takes days. The congressman has a staff, but they listen to “leadership” and outside special interest groups.
It’s pretty clear, too, that the bulk of most bills are penned by advocacy groups, sometimes years in advance, then congressional staffers polish them and add the “constituent perks” and pork and graft and theft.
This can be amusing- Obama signed an exec order authorizing stem cell research, then three days later signed a bill banning the use of human embryos in research. Nobody read it!

Therefore it cost the American taxpayer $267,000 to destroy each of 3,000,000 jobs.

What is to keep the ‘Rats from adding items to a bill after the vote?
If nobody has even read it then I assume they can’t claim that new information has been added since there is no frame of reference.
