The National Congress, on radio and television network, has read and accepted the resignation of President Manuel Zelaya Rosales of Honduras, which had signed before leaving the country and travel to Costa Rica.

In an official statement, the Supreme Court explained that the armed forces act on legislation to stop the President and seize the illegal material from the survey which sought to carry out the executive branch against a court order.

Congress President Roberto Micheletti, would be assuming the presidency in a few hours, sources confirmed to the press.

After the military arrested and brought to Manuel Zelaya Rosales of the country, according to the law, the chairman of the legislature to assume the post.
Zelaya took place today of a popular illegal despite the Supreme Court had declared the illegality of it. Zelaya continued to pursue his project and was published in the Official Gazette instead a decree to convene the opinion poll, called for a Constituent Assembly.

The President of Honduras Manuel Zelaya was arrested this morning by military elements in an order from the courts. Fuentes confirmaron que ya se encuentra en Costa Rica Sources confirmed that it is in Costa Rica

One source of the Armed Forces said that Zelaya’s arrest was an order of the courts of the Republic to an illegal act committed. The information is that Zelaya’s arrest was an order of court by the illegality of this Sunday and has been ordered to collect all the FF AA polls.

“The president was arrested at his residence and taken to the military airbase (in the outskirts of the capital,” he told the AP the president’s private secretary Carlos Enrique Reina. Have not yet been confirmed if President Zelaya came to Venezuela ,

“There was a clash between the attackers and the president’s personal guard,” he added, without specifying whether he had been killed or wounded. Los militares aún se han pronunciado sobre el asunto. The military has yet ruled on the matter.

Reported that about 200 soldiers arrived in trucks and surrounded the residence early this morning in Cologne Zelaya Three Roads to the east of Tegucigalpa, after disarming some 10 heavily armed guards who were protecting.

Zelaya on Thursday dismissed the most military commander, General Romeo Vasquez, for refusing to cooperate in his push for constitutional reforms. Accepted the resignation for the same reason of Defense Minister Edmundo Orellana, but the Supreme Court and Congress returned to the officer.

The consultation was not supervised by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal, the only state agency to do so. Was rejected by the Supreme Court, the Attorney General, Congress, the attorney general.

And alluded to the military ruled Honduras for 18 years, between 1956 and 1982, after overthrowing the democratically elected three presidents.

“I communicate with the international community to do something about it,” he said to turn the president’s private secretary.

News in process

President consuming constitutional offense

The president Manuel Zelaya is a step closer today in their attempt to change the form of democratic government by a totalitarian socialist system to develop the survey of public opinion, a flawed and transparent process, which is consuming a constitutional offense.

The survey asked people if they agree that the national elections in November will convene a National Constituent Assembly.

This constituent would repeal the current role and impose a constitution which, according to critics, is now being prepared and soaked form of authoritarianism in the Constitution of Venezuela.

The survey results are not binding, so the Congress is not obliged to comply with the request to send the executive to create the Constituent.

And illegal, according to the Judiciary, the Prosecution and the Attorney General, the process lacks transparency by the omnipresence of the Executive and lack of participation of guarantors.

So the government makes a survey he convenes, organizes, supervises, and searches out the vote results. The consultation, coordinated by the National Statistics Institute, INE, begin at 6.00 in the morning and in the 15 thousand boxes reception will be installed throughout the country only representatives of the Executive.

When completed the survey - to 4.00 in the afternoon - the results are sent by text messages to a central Hondutel, no one is aware that the figures are not manipulated.

Unofficially it has been said that for some time the Government has already defined how is this poll. The distribution of the government employees have union or friends of the President, then the Army does not agree to comply with the order to do such work illegal.

The Government has had to pay thousands of people, including journalists, to get involved in the exercise, according to allegations. You have paid 500 Lempiras to people who have signed the sheet on which is attempting to do the survey.igned the sheet on which is attempting to do the survey.

Moreover, there is the complaint that the state is threatened employees who do not leave their work to join the logistics of the survey. . Those who participate in this survey are committing a crime, because the Court of Administrative Litigation Letras suspended any action related to the poll and fourth urn.

This decision was taken to accept a suspension under the act called for by the Public Ministry (MP). The president Manuel Zelaya does not tire of thanking the United States to help you not to be consumed by his dismissal put at risk the country’s democratic system. Congress moved that he lifted a preliminary and separate out the post.
The presidency would be occupied by the owner of the Congress, Roberto Micheletti, but United States, through its Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, and the ambassador of that country, Hugo Llorens, means that this would not happen.

Also, the Armed Forces (AA TF) directed by the Chief of Joint Staff, Romeo Vasquez Velasquez made it clear that if there was a change of command they would void the act to convene a National Constituent Assembly.

The military said they could not obey an illegal order from the President to move the polls and look after the process because this action is against the Constitution.

Desperate and full of anger, Zelaya ordered the night of Wednesday the dismissal of Romeo Vasquez Velasquez, and accept the resignation of Defense Minister Edmundo Orellana.

Vasquez resigned in solidarity with the heads of the three armed forces, Naval, Air and Army.

Given this legal position, Zelaya led a mob to the Honduran Air Force to take the polls that are used in the survey.

Zelaya wanted to collect about 30 thousand people, but the rally came only about 1,500. As time passes, it is evident that the President loses support, the degree to which the conferences coming few journalists, including some international correspondents who have provided cover to the political crisis

. .
The Supreme Electoral Court declared illegal the survey, but the Government, as against a judicial decision, ignored this position.
This consultation procedure, in addition to illegality, has been flooded with lies and half truths.

The INE’s director, Sergio Sanchez, was called to testify before the judges of the Tribunal who said that the institution he heads would not do the survey and had no budget for it. But, surprisingly, Sanchez said the next day that it would make the survey and that their statements had been misrepresented.

Accredit crime
In remarks to CNN yesterday, the attorney general, Luis Rubio, said today that prosecutors will move to lift 530 minutes in the reception of the surveys.
“We have about 530 prosecutors throughout the country who are going to verify the confirmation of the crime in terms of disobedience, disrespect to the provisions of the courts of the Republic,” said the Prosecutor.

“The President does it (the poll illegal) simply because he is the president and believes he is above the law,” he added. Explained that it was committed to law enforcement. “This is the only meaning that from the standpoint of the Prosecutor agrees to be subject to compliance with the law and within the provisions of the Constitution,” he said. Police prosecutors will support the lifting of minutes, without getting involved in the work of the survey. On the other hand President Zelaya said that has not been the separation of Romeo Vasquez in the head of the FF AA. “The President read it and dismissed it on a national network, which was later repented other situation that forced the MP to bring relief to be restored by an arbitrary decision,” he said.
The German jurist Leitzelar said some leaders who support the magisterial inquiry and fourth box installed at a Constituent disappear statutes, including the teachers.

Some leaders believe that a Constituent Assembly can not repeal the Statute of the Teaching, because the current Constitution guarantees its validity. Born in a Constituent power and the original article is no longer in force, along with other rules, he said.

In this regard, the President of the College of Professional Union Magisterial Honduras, Milton Bardales, respects the position of his other companions, but there are no cree guarantees to maintain the current status of the teacher. Well as consultation is whether or not they agree with installing quarter urn, also could be a poll or not to repeal the Statute of the Teaching.

Alarm Chavez meddling in internal affairs

The defense that the president of Venezuela, Hugo Chávez, has made his Honduran counterpart Manuel Zelaya and the criticisms and insults against members of democratic institutions created alarm in vast areas of Honduras on its possible interference in internal affairs of the country.

“It’s an invasion of one country to another,” he told AFP the president of Congress, Roberto Micheletti, who said that “Chávez seeks to disregard the Honduran people we will not forgive.”

Honduras is experiencing a political crisis facing the president Zelaya with most other branches of government who are opposed to making this Sunday a referendum promoted by the president and that would pave the way for constitutional reform and a possible presidential reelection.

A call to ballot was declared illegal by the Electoral Tribunal, the Prosecution and the Congress, in addition to collecting the rejection of several social organizations.

Micheletti to step out of statements of support for the initiative by Chavez Zelaya.

“We are here as soldiers, to the order of Honduras, to support the changes that you have a good lead,” Zelaya told Chavez during a conversation broadcast live by the television channel Telesur. The ideologue of Socialismo del Siglo XXI also characterized as “gorilla” and “traitor” to the head of the Honduran Joint Chiefs, General Romeo Vasquez, who was sacked on Wednesday after refusing to Zelaya distribute election material for consultation on Sunday.

“The country can not be delivered to Chavez,” responded the auxiliary bishop of Tegucigalpa, Darwin Andino, who did not conceal his concern that in Honduras “is occurring just as has occurred in Venezuela, in Bolivia and Ecuador to join Chavez ‘political initiatives, “according to the local press.

“I look around here at the hands of Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez and the country can not be delivered to Chavez or anyone else, because we want to remain free and independent”, claimed the prelate.

Micheletti said that 12 advisers arrived Nicaraguans and Venezuelans on Saturday Zelaya Honduras to work with and were met by staff from Casa Presidencial.

Zelaya consultation seeks to know if people are in favor of conducting a referendum to coincide with the general election of November 29 to amend the Constitution and allow his re-election.

The rotation that gave the President of Honduras to the left, despite being chosen by the rightist Liberal Party for nearly four years, has perplexed many of his compatriots, who see the hand of Chavez’s political strategy after Zelaya.

Zelaya refused to press it has received external funding to carry out the call to the polls, particularly in Venezuela and said he used public resources and voluntary contributions.

However, the election materials to be used in the consultation on Sunday arrived in the country on airplanes from Venezuela, according to sources from the Honduran Air Force. Chavez was not alone in supporting Zelaya. Fidel Castro, the leader of the Cuban revolution, left his silence and moral support to the Honduran President, and so did Daniel Ortega of Nicaragua, who has denounced an attempted coup d’etat against his Honduran counterpart.

Zero probably is ‘concerned’ because he was scheming his own unconstitutional path to a permanent presidency, and it pisses him off to see a fellow marxist get the bum’s rush, especially at the hands of that country’s military.

Iran is in an uproar. The dumbass ignores it.

The economy is in a shambles. Pretty soon GM will roll out its version of the Pinto.

This weekend I bought a pressure canner and am learning to can my own food since I soon won't be able to afford the electricity required to freeze and store food.

South and Central America are teeming once again with rebel Marxist thugs, "Guerrillas" and whatnot.

We still don't drill for our own oil and are therefore at the mercy of assortment Marxist dictators, thugs and pukes.

We are being threatened from every angle except maybe Canada in the north. Oh wait, I forgot that Russia already said they could just "take back" Alaska whenever they feel like it.

Yep, it's 1977 again. Did I miss anything?

O’s reaction FYI

Reaction to the apparent coup was swift. U.S. President Barack Obama said he was “deeply concerned” and called on all political actors in Honduras to “respect democratic norms, the rule of law and the tenets of the Inter-American Democratic Charter. Any existing tensions and disputes must be resolved peacefully through dialogue free from any outside interference,” he said.

The Obama administration worked in recent days to prevent President Zelaya’s ouster, a senior U.S. official said. The State Department, in particular, communicated to Honduran officials on the ground that President Obama wouldn’t support any non-democratic transfer of power in the Central American country.

“We had some indication” that a move against Mr. Zelaya was a foot, said a U.S. official briefed on the diplomacy. “We made it clear it was something we didn’t support.”

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton joined Mr. Obama Sunday in criticizing the Honduran coup and calling for the restoration of the democratic process.

“We call on all parties in Honduras to respect the constitutional order and the rule of law, to reaffirm their democratic vocation, and to commit themselves to resolve political disputes peacefully and through dialogue,” Mrs. Clinton said in a statement.

Well, Hugos folks will have a bit of a walk.

Honduras is bordered to the west by Guatemala, to the southwest by El Salvador, to the southeast by Nicaragua, to the south by the Pacific Ocean at the Gulf of Fonseca, and to the north by the Gulf of Honduras, a large inlet of the Caribbean Sea.

Venezula is ‘about’ 2500 kM from Honduras.

Yes, what's different now is that our Congress doesn't even try to hide that they are illegally implementing treaties with the United Nations in the Cap and Trade bill. So instead of producing a treaty with the UN which the American people would never tolerate because in this case it gives authority over the executive branch of our government outright, they hide it in a supposed domestic energy bill called Cap and Trade.

That could NEVER have happened in the 1970's because American citizens hadn't been dumbed down by globalist school curricula and globalist college professors and agendas. However, what a difference a boat load of illegally allocated US taxpayer money and 30 to 40 years makes,eh?

Maybe Ozero is upset because this foreshadows what will happen to him when he tries to push thru a referendum allowing him to run for his third term. Of course he wouldnt be satisfied with a third term, he’ll just declare himself “President for life” I can just see it...2016 Ozero is seized, flown to Venezuela to be with his buddy Chavez. Nancy, Hillary, Rahm etc are dumped across the border in some drug and gang riddled Mexican hole. Ah...I can dream...
