“MSNBC reports Harry Reid does not have enough votes to pass the cap-and-trade bill.”

Don’t bet on it . By the time Obama, Reid & Rahm finish cajoling, bribing, intimidating and threatening they’ll get the vote because the vast majority of our politicians are spineless, gutless slime.

CONTACT INFORMATION FOR SENATE

.

Even if your senator is currently listed as against the bill, give them plenty of ammo to stay that way. Therefore:

WRITE EARLY! CALL OFTEN!

IIRC Pelosi said the same thing a few days ago...

Disinformation to make people think they don't have to put pressure on their senators to vote against it. If they didn't think they could get it passed, then why are they spending so much energy?

Senate rules regarding climate control treaties and laws make it impossible for this bill to pass the upper chamber, Pelosi and Obama know this:

Good.
Let’s keep the names of the Rino’s in Congress who voted for it, in the public eye

Apparently, as was the case with the House, respectful calls of opposition were ignored.

Maybe our emails and calls are too respectful.

They can’t cajole, bribe or intimidate, it comes down to senate rules regarding climate control treaties and laws, this bill will not pass the upper chamber, read:

I bet it passes with 60. It's a game the RINOs and Rats play. They will see who can switch sides the easiest without taking a political hit. Now with Specter a Rat instead of a RINO they still have their 2 go-to gals, Snowejob and Collinot.

The folks at MSNBC no doubt think that’s a bad thing. Why should I care about anything that comes out of MSNBC?

Geez, I had forgotten that Babs Mikulski aka the “Baltimore Bulldozer” is still in the Senate. What a clockstopping bow-wow!

Like I should talk. Here in South Carolina we must endure Little Lord Flimsey Grahamnesty, he of the cooing voice who swings both ways politically.

BTW, that House bill should have had not a single Republican vote! Instead, we have the Unmagnificent Eight!

Here’s the risk for them: If they take away our means for prosperity, then they will find themselves with millions of angry people who have very little to lose and a lot to gain by a real revolution.

The way the Marxists were handling things before Obama was working nicely for them, albeit slowly. Doing it Obama’s way is also much more likely to foment a bloody revolution.

I’ll stand corrected on this, but my gut tells me that in the history of revolutions, the revolutionaries have won more games than the tyrants. And we would be playing on our home court.

One it passes, it’s law. Any change with a new Congress will have to overide an Obama veto
