I bet it passes with 60. It's a game the RINOs and Rats play. They will see who can switch sides the easiest without taking a political hit. Now with Specter a Rat instead of a RINO they still have their 2 go-to gals, Snowejob and Collinot.

Here’s the risk for them: If they take away our means for prosperity, then they will find themselves with millions of angry people who have very little to lose and a lot to gain by a real revolution.

The way the Marxists were handling things before Obama was working nicely for them, albeit slowly. Doing it Obama’s way is also much more likely to foment a bloody revolution.

I’ll stand corrected on this, but my gut tells me that in the history of revolutions, the revolutionaries have won more games than the tyrants. And we would be playing on our home court.

They don't have the votes, maybe with Franken, Arlen and the Maine sisters they might have 41. The numbers are not there and Reid knows it. Why isn't the MSM saying "it looks good” in the senate? Quite the contrary, we're hearing that, at best, “it will be very difficult in the senate,” and that's being optimistic. The senate's parliamentary rules also allow for endless mischief, and Inhofe/McConnell know it.
