I fly a lot. It's gotten to be such a hassle that I'm cutting down on my air travel, and even turning down a number of engagements because I just don't want to go through the ordeal at the airports.
What ordeal? If you ask that question, you must not have flown anywhere since 9/11. I'm talking about the security gauntlet every passenger has to go through!
If you have flown anywhere, you've had to get in the lines. Take off every bit of metal bigger than a dime, your jacket, hat and shoes, perhaps your belt and, if you have a computer, put it in a separate tray, hoping for a reunion after you pass your body through a powerful scanner. If you have a metal knee or hip replacement or a pacemaker, you'll probably have to go through a separate line and submit to a "wand scan" and even a hands-on "pat down." It can be quite humiliating, and the process can even cause you to miss your plane, after all that.
If you've checked into a hotel lately, you know you always have to produce your driver's license or valid photo identification. Same if you want to rent a car . When you shop at Costco, for Pete's sake, you have to prove you're who you are and that you're a credentialed Costco shopper with a valid credit card (which they'll verify on the spot) just to get in the door.
When you get gas if you can still afford it to and you want to use your credit card, you pass it into a slot checker, and still have to punch in your zip code. Right? In today's world, you have to be ready to show valid, verifiable identification for almost

No no no, not that he went to a terrorist training madrassa in Poke-ee-stain, that Poke-ee-stain was closed to Americans. It wasn't.
This JUST IN ...
>>Did you happen to notice that the Senate resoultion contained a well placed lie? ... McCain was born in a Colon hospital then brought to the Naval base. Has it ever occurred to you that this little ‘error’ was needed to open the door for Barry being born in Kenya or Canada then registered in Hawaii? {From text of the resouliton: Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens on an American military base in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936 <<
I have no idea if this is even true, i have not looked into it.
But the point is moot because it was never brought up or contested at the hearing.
So now lets have the same hearing on Obama, whats fair is fair.
Same rules apply.
They said flat out that because he was born of two parents that were American citizens that made him a natural born citizen.
therefore if he were not born of two American citizens then he would not have been.
that is Obama to a tee
Excellent question.
We know that the child born of foreigners on foreign soil does not qualify.
We all agree that a child of American citizens, born within the confines of The United States does.
I know from your long, consistent and vitriolic support that you believe having a single under-aged American parent qualifies 0bama to be the president, regardless of his place of birth.
I assure you, that makes you a trivial minority among thinking people who love America. I am generously assuming you fit in that group.
“But all legislation and executive orders he has signed are VOID!”
Is there any legal basis to assume that would be the result or is there a possibility that they’d keep things as there going to be?
I think that would be a dangerous time.
I would hope they’d void what he did, but I think such dramatic move would errupt quite a bit of unrest. I hope he just has 3 years and moves on....given we don’t have some nucleur war in between that.
I quoted from the resolution exactly. McCain’s own proffered BC states he was born in a hospital in Colon, of the Republic of Panama.
Yep. A non-binding "Sense of the Senate", that 0bama supporting democrats tried to hijack by inserting language that would make any "decedent of anyone serving in the US military" a natural born citizen.
Why do you suppose the felt he need for that particular turn of phrase, Hmmmm?
The point to ponder is, Leahy’s little ploy used ‘two’ for McCain and would not be voided if they truned around and stated ‘one’ for Obama. They do not have the Constitutional authority to amend the Constitution of sit in judgment for interpretation of same!
Said law was superseded in 1795.
The 1795 law eliminates any reference to natural born citizen.
No law since has defined ‘natural born citizen’
It passed as a sense of the senate, a resolution, not as a law.
It has the same force of law and impact as a declaration of national wiener day.
Come to think of it maybe even less.
Besides, would you imagine in your wildest drug-induced dreams that the democrats would have hesitated one femtosecond to challenge everything McCain attempted under the grounds that since he was born on foreign soil, he’s an illegal president?
That item has been removed or is no longer available. Ebay suggests “Austin Powers in Goldmember” as a substitute.
Look all I can say is that I am willing to try anything. It seems fair.
I am just trying to redress in every way possible - we all know what happened. Obama does not qualify no way in hell.
We tried through conventional ways.
The MSM is bought and paid for so public opinion is not there yet.
They made it plain on the floor what the intention was, so I say bring it back there and make them eat their words. Hope to make more waves that the msm can’t ignore.
If you have a better suggestion then please let me know.
Stop and think for a moment. If you had a copy of an Obama birth certificate from Kenya - an actual, honest-to-God, dead on balls accurate, certified copy - would you peddle it on eBay for a few thousand bucks? Or would you take up some of those people offering millions for proof that Obama isn't a natural born citizen? Hell, Farah himself is offering $10g's for Obama's Hawaiian long form; I'll bet he could raise a whole lot more than that for a foreign one.
I don't know. Maybe because they didn't do that? The resolution was offered by Claire McCaskill, a Democrat. Leahy, Clinton, Obama, Webb, and Coburn co-sponsored it - 3 Democrats and 2 Republicans. How could the Democrats hijack a referendum that they themselves introduced?
And we know that how?
I know from your long, consistent and vitriolic support that you believe having a single under-aged American parent qualifies 0bama to be the president, regardless of his place of birth.
Another of your many mistakes. I've never said that, that I recall.
I assure you, that makes you a trivial minority among thinking people who love America. I am generously assuming you fit in that group.
Do the thinking people put words in other people's mouths like you do?
Read the language of the resolution. There's an error in it - McCain wasn't born on a military base. So does that invalidate the resolution and make him ineligible?
Well let's see. There was the Naturalization Act of 1790... and the Naturalization Act of 1795...and 1798...and 1870...and 1906. There was the Immigration and Naturalization Acts of 1952 and 1985, the Immigration Acts of 1917 and 1924 and 1990. And that's the major legislation. That doesn't include the minor peeks and tweeks of the laws that occurred in between. Enjoy.
>>Read the language of the resolution. There’s an error in it - McCain wasn’t born on a military base. So does that invalidate the resolution and make him ineligible?<<
No it does not. The resolution stands even if flawed.
It was not opposed.
It CAN be opposed with a further legislation, but as it stands it is valid.
Oh for God's sake do a Google search. If it was real the owner could make millions from those offering rewards for this kind of proof. He could get six and seven figures each from the news organizations. Something like this is worth a fortune many times over. And you want us to believe he'd peddle it on eBay for a lousy couple of grand?
