Couple of comments, may pertain to this situation or may not.
Muslim Bahrain doubtless accepts male child rape as a part of growing up male in a Muslim nation. I would speculate that Jackson was able to experience his fantasies to their utmost.
With advanced heart disease Jackson would not be able to participate in sex like he perhaps did when he was younger.
He likely simply burnt himself out in Bahrain, using an endless procession of little boys for what ever was his fetish.

That's a misleadingly high number based on “witnessed Ventricular Fibrillation” caused cardiac arrests. The wording means they were monitored at the time of arrest, the causative arrhythmia was ventricular fibrillation, and they had prompt CPR and defibrillation equipment in short order. In real life, unlike TV drama shows, not everyone presents with Ventricular Fibrillation. If an EMS group has 12% of cardiac arrests survive to be discharged from the hospital, they are doing everything right.

Actually the acronym is HIPAA; my bad. But my understanding is that it applies to any personal medical iformation. A hospital employee should not be broadcasting any information about a patient, living or dead.
