Within minutes, six-year-old Rubjit Thindal went from happily chatting in the back seat of the car to collapsing and dying in her father's arms.
"If we had known it was so serious, we would have called 911,'' Kuldip Thindal, Rubjit's distraught mother, said in Punjabi yesterday. "She just had a stomach ache -- she wasn't even crying.''
Rubjit was pronounced dead at hospital barely 24 hours after showing signs of a fever. Later, doctors told her parents she had the H1N1 influenza virus. She is believed to be the youngest person in Canada with the virus to have died.

Canadians urged to identify a ‘flu buddy’
Pair up to help ‘vulnerable’ during pandemic
By Sharon Kirkey, Canwest News ServiceAugust 8, 2009 8:24 AM
Canada’s public health agency is urging Canadians to identify a “flu buddy” willing to help care for them should they get sick with human swine flu this fall.
The Public Health Agency of Canada told Canwest News Service that Canadians should “talk with family, friends and neighbours and figure out how you might help each other during the H1N1 pandemic.”
“Identify elderly or vulnerable relatives, friends and neighbours who may need your help,” the agency said.
“During a pandemic outbreak, keep an eye on these people, especially those living alone and phone them if you suspect they might be ill.”
Officials said the department will launch the next phase of its “Citizen Readiness Campaign” this fall with a major public information campaign that will focus on family preparedness plans, immunization and keeping stockpiles of prescription medication, non-perishable food and water.

Woman Gives Birth To Twins Before Dying From The AH1N1 Flu: Deaths In Costa Rica Climb to 27
http://insidecostarica.com/dailynews/2009/august/08/cr01.htm
The ministra de Salud, María Luisa Ávila, confirmed Friday two more deaths from the AH1N1 flu virus, bringing the total to 27.
Numbers 26 and 27 are a man, whose personal information was not released and 25 year old woman, who had been pregnant with twins.
Doctors had performed a cesarean section on the woman last week when the woman’s condition from the infection got worse. Ministra Ávila said the twin babies are doing fine.
“The young woman had been in hospital for some time, the pregnancy being a high risk condition. We are able to save the babies, but unfortunately not her”, said Ávila.
The good news is that the number of reported cases seems to be dropping.
Salud officials say that the number of people in hospital last week was 129, dropping to 119 at the beginning of this week and yesterday only 95, 17 of which are in intensive care and 78 in isolation.
Of the 4.630 cases reported, only 798 cases of infection were confirmed and another 984, of which 18 are children, are pending analysis.

Over 1000 dead in Argentina alone .....
Any thoughts or comments ?????
Yeah, right! Get a “Flu Buddy” so you can give the Flu to them!
So sad. I wonder how many of these alleged “swine flu” deaths are being accurately tested?
Johan Niklasson in Switzerland reports that the police took the information he presented concerning the lack of safety and of necessity for forced mass swine flu vaccination seriously and have launched an investigation into the WHO flu jab. The Swiss army is already stockpiling the shots ready to administer it to the entire population under the Swiss Health Ministers and WHOs orders.
Susan in North Carolina notes this about the shots in Switzerland:
1) One easy way out for banksters and their financial collaborators would be for a sufficiently large percentage of their creditors to conveniently disappear.
2) World headquarters of the banksters, the central bank of the central bankers is the Bank of International Settlements is based in Basel, Switzerland.
3) Basel Switzerland is also home of Novartis, one of the worlds largest producers of human vaccines.
4) Novartis has at least two members of its board of directors affiliated with the population-control-promoting Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.Click Here
Between the lack of quality medical care and the (probably) lack of accurate testing and diagnosis, I’d question that number.
I think it’s a good idea - some people live along. Just having someone get prescriptions or groceries for you would be a nice thing.
along=alone
Just wondering if we’ve become so selfish and self-centered that we wouldn’t help someone that was ill.
It probably would be a good idea. H1N1 is air-borne. So masks are a must!
