Within minutes, six-year-old Rubjit Thindal went from happily chatting in the back seat of the car to collapsing and dying in her father's arms.
"If we had known it was so serious, we would have called 911,'' Kuldip Thindal, Rubjit's distraught mother, said in Punjabi yesterday. "She just had a stomach ache -- she wasn't even crying.''
Rubjit was pronounced dead at hospital barely 24 hours after showing signs of a fever. Later, doctors told her parents she had the H1N1 influenza virus. She is believed to be the youngest person in Canada with the virus to have died.

There are a lot of reports of the tests initially coming back negative for swine flu that later turned out to be it.
From what I’ve heard, there are no other flus going around. The general consensus is that if you get the flu, you got IT.
Well then i got it....boy it was nasty...the doctor said i had every single syptom...went and got my nose swabbed and they called me back and said it was negative...i’m getting better.
Freeper yefragetuwrabrumuy wrote & posted this on another freeper thread . I think it’s important to post it on this thread .
Goes straight to the lungs probably means Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS). This is separate from the flu itself, and can be caused by other things as well, but it is very dangerous, with a 50% death rate, with treatment. With flu, it often happens on the fifth day of symptoms.
There *may* be a way to fend it off, with a recipe of common Over The Counter (OTC) medicines that you should all have a store of, if the disease starts doing this as a usual thing. You *must* take all four.
ARDS is sometimes called the cytokine storm. It happens when your immune system overreacts to something, and attacks whatever it is in your lungs. Your own body can and will destroy your lungs, so you die of oxygen deprivation.
ARDS is caused by 150 or so chemicals in the body. The recipe is designed to settle down some of the critical major parts of this process, to stop the chain reaction. Again, you *must* take all four parts.
The recipe:
Benedryl. Tagamet. Ibuprofen (Advil). And 15,000 IU of Vitamin D3.
You take the maximum doses of the first three at the first sign of symptoms, along with 15,000 IU (pills are typically 1,000 IU each), of Vitamin D every day you are sick. That is the maximum 24 hour doses of the first three, plus 15 Vitamin D pills every day you are sick.
These work to hopefully prevent developing ARDS.
For the virus itself, I strongly recommend using Cold-Eeze lozenges, that have a form of zinc in them that will be uptaken easily by your sinuses, unlike other forms of zinc, that are not well absorbed. Zinc inhibits virus reproduction.
I also recommend getting and drinking as much pure cranberry juice as you can stand. Most cranberry juice is only 26% juice, so get the pure, unsweetened kind. Cranberry juice in quantity, prevents the viruses from sticking to your cells, virus adhesion. If the virus cannot stick to them, it cannot invade them. But you have to drink a LOT of cranberry juice.
Do not take the recipe until you show symptoms, for maximum effect.
There are places where you can get cranberry concentrate capsules. I don't know if they'd work as well, but they sure were effective for bladder problems when I tried them, so I'm guessing that they should work.
You are a rock star.
Good thinking. I take them too.
I’m sorry to hear about your niece’s friend and join in prayer for him and his loved ones.

Of course, like many, I suspect this was a manufactured virus. The Austrians had better get cooking on those criminal charges filed against the big pharma companies. Swine Flu will be a money maker for the vaccine industry. Follow the money as they say . . .ROME - AN H1N1 flu outbreak in turkeys in Chile has raised fears that the new virus could combine with avian influenza and mutate into a more dangerous disease, especially in South-east Asia, which has been hardest hit by bird flu, the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) has warned.
The outbreak in Chile was announced last week, It was the first case of the virus found outside humans and pigs. Chile said it was not a public health threat. The FAO, however, has expressed concern that poultry farms elsewhere in the world could now become infected with the virus.
'The current H1N1 virus strain is a mixture of human, pig and bird genes and has proved to be very contagious, but no more deadly than common seasonal flu viruses,' the Rome-based agency said in a statement. * * *
Thanks for the ping!
Good to know.
Thank you. They surely need your prayers. This is what my niece wrote in her latest email:
“The family had to wear not only the face masks in the intensive care but also goggles to protect their eyes and gowns over their clothing when at D’s bedside. His heart stopped 5 times and he was brought back each time until the Doctors finally told the family that he would never be the same if he was able to survive so the next time he coded the family said to let him go. His organs were shutting down and one arm had turned black and the Dr said it would needed to be amputated if he pulled through. At that point the family knew there was nothing to do but to let him go. It was a horrible nightmare for J. and her children.”
What a tragedy for the family. Prayers continue...
Talk radio hosts, Armstrong and Getty, had an expert in the field of viruses on their show last week who said this is all BS.
What Is BS? The Swine Flu, or the dangers of the H1N1 vaccination?
Jay Rockefeller is the senator for West Virginia, and was also instrumental in obtaining a 500,000 USD grant for the Charleston Area Medical Center (CAMC) is to begin "a comprehensive long-term care program for seniors in four rural West Virginia counties."
Rockefeller is also a key figure in steering through Senate Bill S 666 , which channelled tax funds to companies such as Baxter and GSK for research into bioweapons.
CAMC will require flu shots --Employees will be fired if they don't get vaccinated by Dec. 15 26 Aug 2009 (WV) Charleston Area Medical Center employees must get seasonal flu shots this year or risk losing their jobs. All CAMC Health System workers must get vaccinated by Dec. 15 or their employment will be terminated, CAMC said in its August newsletter Vital Signs.
'A mandatory flu vaccine policy like CAMC's is rare for U.S. hospitals, but it may soon become more common.' WVa hospital among few requiring flu vaccines 29 Aug 2009 As flu season approaches, West Virginia's largest hospital has given its employees a choice: Get a flu vaccine or find another job. Charleston Area Medical Center wants to get roughly 6,000 workers immunized 'against' seasonal flu to protect patients from the ailment. A mandatory flu vaccine policy like CAMC's is rare for U.S. hospitals, but it may soon become more common. A New York state law takes effect this month requiring hospitals to provide records showing all their workers have seasonal flu vaccinations or face fines, and the impending arrival of a [deadly] swine flu vaccine has policymakers looking for ways to get it to large numbers of people in a short amount of time.
My note: In case you don't already know, the Rockfellers have been into Eugenics for several generations.
There is a new sub lingual Vitamin D product. It is called Bio-D-Mulsion Forte manufactured by Biotics Research Corporation. Each drop contains 2,000 i.u.
I take 1000 i.u. every day - I tried to double it but made me feel funny.
I wonder if anyone else has experienced this?
What else can we take as a preventative? I also have Olive Leaf and Esberitox when I feel like I’m catching something or exposed to normal colds.
Freeper nicolezmomma said on another swineflu thread that Oscillococcinum helped her family . I heard it’s the bestselling flu product in France . I also heard cranberry capsules help .
I also heard elderberry helps too
