Her name was Neda, which means “voice” in Farsi. According to numerous online accounts picked up by media outlets worldwide, she was shot in the streets by Iranian state police while protesting today. This is what repression looks (warning: graphic):

A few years back democracy was not considered in the middle east. President Bush was criticized and ridiculed for trying to make it work in Iraq. Now we have young people fighting for democracy in Iran.Bush was courageous.

I never said Neda "had it coming." Only that some conservatives will use that picture as libs used Corrie's picture; i.e. as "red meat", "boob bait for Bubbas" etc.
