Her name was Neda, which means “voice” in Farsi. According to numerous online accounts picked up by media outlets worldwide, she was shot in the streets by Iranian state police while protesting today. This is what repression looks (warning: graphic):

This makes you wonder what Obama is thinking when he appears to be throwing Israel under the bus in favor of radical Islamic states. Maybe Michelle and daughters should be wearing Burkas.
I watched that video without knowing that she would die right on the screen.
The blood didn’t bother me (being trained in medicine) but that shot of her looking right at me, will haunt me for a long time.
We dont want to meddle. However, I havent noticed the Iranians concern about meddling in Iraq when they supply high powered explosives that kill American soldiers with IEDs.
Iran is a primitve, savage, half-civilized nation. In primitve, savage, half-civilized nations, people are occasionally slaughtered by regime thugs. If this was the Congo or Haiti, Malkin would not have batted an eyelash. Why is Ms. Full Metal Jacket so shocked over this “Voice” person being killed in Tehran, as opposed to Kinshasa or Port-au-Prince? Somehow, Malkin reminds me of the Claude Rains character in “Casablanca” who is “shocked” that gambling is going on.

If there were Iranian soldiers fighting against a pro-US government in Mexico, I’d imagine we’d be sending the Mexican Army some lethal goodies to kill Iranian soldiers (at the very least).

So what. Maybe he took a piss afterwards, also. If he didn’t go for the ice cream or the piss, would the girl be alive? Like I said, political porn. Gets people worked up for nothing.
I just wish this had happened a year ago when we had a real President in the White House and not a fraudulent interloper.

The only porn here is people whining that they cannot look at this. She and her people are living it, but your delicate sensiblities are what REALLY matters? Ron Paul types think it’s too much to ask an American to even offer them moral support.
Use your head. If Obama came out with a “tear down this wall” type of speech, it would be the kiss of death for Mousavi. It would make him look like an American tool. Pat Buchanan (a true conservative) said the exact same thing not a half-hour ago on McLaughlin Group.
