I watched that video without knowing that she would die right on the screen.
The blood didn’t bother me (being trained in medicine) but that shot of her looking right at me, will haunt me for a long time.

I've attended many accident scenes and volunteered in ER's where people have
died under my hands and attending medical. You just say prayers.
I don't EMT anymore because it still effects me.
It's not a weakness to be stressed by such events.
In fact I replaced my emergency surgical kit last month because it was so old.
Some can handle it all the time, some can only see it some times.
I'm a sometimer.
