"*cough* Medicare Part D *cough* No Child Left Behind *cough* TARP bailout"Needs to be repeated. Bush 'greased the wheels' that brought us to the madness we are in right now. I regret ever voting for him(twice).

Even as you cough, I would take President Bush back in a New York minute rather than that person (I use the term lightly, who does even rises to the level of slime) in the office of the president we have now.

Actually, Medicare Part D might well convince Congress to leave the over 65 crowd ALONE, on any new health care laws.

I absolutely love W.
I understand your complaints, but
1- medicare part b- he faught off the dems whose plan was much worse.
20nclb?? same
3-tarp think about what really happened, bernanke and paulson walk into his office and says if you do not do this now, we will have a complete financial collapse that will make the 30’s look like a walk in the park, well he signed all those things, but he did so with very good reasons and prevented a lot of bad thigs from being worse.

I'm sure you would have preferred the Medicare plan the Democrats were trying to push thru that Bush watered down as much as possible. He did exactly what Reagan did...push back as hard as possible, get the Democrats to give up as much as you can, sign the thing and move on.
And what part of holding schools, teachers and students accountable trouble you most?
Since all the TARP funds will be paid back by the end of the year WITH INTEREST just like Bush said, what is your gripe with that?
You need to get a new response to these threads, this same crap over and over is hugely boring. You should be ashamed to constantly trash a man who spent every waking minute attempting to promote and protect this country. A man whose speeches never contain the words "me" or "I", but "this country" and "America".
