Actually, Hilton hotels is a great outfit. I try as often as possible to stay there. If you are in a dodgy country, accept no substitute. The Lagos Hilton is like an embassy, actually. Pretty safe place to be if you are white.

Wiped the smirk off his face now. How do ya like us now? :)
Kudos to all those who wrote CBS and the sponsors and informed the former about the actions with the latter.
This is the best news because finally Palin got defended. By Americans.
And this will upset the liberals/leftists even more.
Ironically flipping the dial came across the apology. Guy looks shellshocked.
It took a week of the real world and us to make it happen.
Be proud and enjoy the moment. And measure the impact. It’s arrived.
Let’s do it again.
Teaparty!

Embassy Suites, eh? I think I know which hotel chain I’m gonna be looking for the next time I’m outta town! For now, they just moved to the top of the “classy businesses” list.

The worst result would be if he made all of us act as he does. Then we would have no complaint with his gutter talk.
Meh. For eight years, George W. Bush was savaged by his critics and treated them with nothing but respect, dignity and decorum.
Somehow, from that, the angry left inferred that they should be able to say anything they want about anyone to the right of Karl Marx, and that there should be no consequence for doing this whatsoever.
We can see from the 2008 election results how well the strategy of "just be nice to the left and they'll respect you" went. The party nominee spent half of his time in the debates praising Democrats and apologizing for being a Republican.
Meanwhile, a couple of generations of voters, who get much of their news from late night talk show hosts, have some sort of impression that conservatives are bigoted, oppressive, sexually-repressed, mean-spirited racists.
Where they get this idea is anyone's guess, but it could be that nobody raised much of a fuss over the last 10,000 "conservatives are bigoted, oppressive, sexually-repressed, mean-spirited racists" jokes spewed forth on national TV.
The angry left certainly never bothers itself with the notion that they might be beating a dead horse or overplaying their hand. I think we need to revisit that policy ourselves.

She sighed loudly and asked if this was about Palin and then said" not everyone feels the way you do you know".A: "Yeah, you're right. I'd have to admit that, while I was busy feeling offended, perverts and pedophiles everywhere were getting their rocks off over Dave's trash talk."
